Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana offers spacious and very well-equipped rooms that are both comfortable and inviting. The hotel overall is clean, modern, and provides a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Nice area with several restaurants. Large room. Comfy beds. Great aircon. Nice shower. Able to drink tap water. 2 double beds. Very clean and quiet ( until the construction site got going at about 8 am).

Surrounded by construction sites- actually quite entertaining in a macabre sort of way- absolutely no regard for health and safety. Gym lacked wipes to clean equipment and was far too warm even with the aircon. Breakfast good and gf pastries supplied on request.

I can honestly say that this hotel is the best I’ve ever booked, my entire stay was amazing! The entire building is super clean and well maintained. Even though I was travelling alone, my room was spacious and I felt comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus, it felt nice to relax in the pool area after spending the day outside. I only ate breakfast on two or three days, there are many options there for everyone, both sweet and salty. It’s about a 20-minute drive to the centre of San Jose, the drive becomes much longer depending on traffic, but that’s ok. The next time I’m in Costa Rica, I will definitely stay here again. Far from night life, beaches & excursions. The property is great if you just want to relax and unwind, but you will have to commute for fun

The hotel seems very new. It's a good hotel for a short stay. The rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable, with different type pillows to choose from. The pool looked great with a beautiful view. There is a covered parking structure.

The restaurant closes too early and there is no room service after hours either. Considering that there are people that come from different countries and also airports (off hours), they should have some form of late service available. We had a suite that included a small kitchen area, which was great, but they did not clean the dishes or provide any cleaning supplies.

I ate at your restraurant and ordered the burger which was under cooked, This should never happen. Perhaps additional training for the cook would prevent future mishap. I paid my due bill of $30.00 and complained.

The price of each articles in the mini fridge is not given and it’s a still , I ended up paying 36$ at the end of my trip for 4 small bottle of water and a tiny bag of peanuts and dried fruits.

it’s a very nice hotel with good vibes! it has everything I need, comfortable bed and a pillow menu, delicious breakfast the omelet are very good and the cook Wilfred is very good, he really knows his job it is very well located, there are nice restaurants, bars and stores beside the hotel

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Breakfast while lovely is expensive even by Costa Rica standards at $25
