During my short layover, I had pre-booked an overnight stay at the North Star Hotel, drawn by its ideal location—just minutes from the airport and within walking distance of nearby markets. It seemed the perfect choice. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service I received. Due to an unexpected emergency, I needed to cancel my stay at the last minute. Although my reservation was under non-refundable terms, Mr. Mohammed, the hotel manager, and his outstanding team went above and beyond by processing a full refund within a day and offering kind well-wishes. Their compassion and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I am sincerely grateful and highly recommend the North Star Hotel to any traveler seeking convenience, comfort, and genuinely caring service.

Location is perfect if you are traveling to Trabzon Airport, as it is very close both walking distance and with car. The room and the whole building are new, super clean, elegant and simply beautiful. The breakfast was endless and delicious, quality wise perfect. The staff was super kind, available, hearted people and open minded. And the price was a great deal! Thank you to the whole Staff with special regards to my new friend Muhammet! Till next time!

North Star Hotel is located just a stone's throw away from TZX airport. The view from here is absolutely fabulous. The buffet breakfast is well stacked in terms of choice. It takes place on the rooftop with a view that overlooks the coastline and the runway. The staff are polite and very hospitable. Dining options are plentiful around the hotel and so are groceries

First of all I would like to mention that the property is in an excellent location, It's 5 minutes by car from Trabzon airport and around 10 minutes to Trabzon square park. The property is nearby to many services such as supermarkets, groceries, laundry, restaurants car rental offices, and gas stations. Also pictures of the room that has been published in booking.com by the hotel management are real and there is no difference. Second, the staff is very kind, and very helpful especially the receptionist lady (Neslihan) she's very kind, and always smiling, she upgrades my reservation to a bigger and better room for free. And it's necessary to mention that my wife was sick and she took care of her. And regarding the breakfast it was nice, fresh, many cousins available, and any special order can be made for customers. And at last the price is fare and the value of money is suitable to service that I got. Next time when I visit Trabzon I will stay at the North star suite hotel.

Hotel is close to Airport, 10 minutes by walking, breakfast was good and had great options. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Brother Suleiman and Sister Nestle were very cheerful and helpful. If I ever visit Trabzon again I will come back to this hotel no question about it.

Sometimes there are noises coming from football players across the hotel but they die down around midnight so nothing major.

I liked all guys working at the reception, especially a beautiful young lady who was proffesional as well as very sociable. Best wishes to her! I liked modern/ Scandinavian design and aestetically chosen “earth” colours in the rooms.

It seems that the hotel is under construction now. Some of the premises have been renovated, however, they are not quite protected from further restorations. I wish that none of the renovated rooms or corridors were damaged. Also, breakfast could have been more diverse. I’ve missed more vegetables and more fruit. Also, it would be nice to have not only instant coffe but also European/ American ground coffee for breakfast.

The Property is modernly furnished and is quiet comfortable with the bed size and quality, good enough wardrobe space and well lighted rooms n washrooms. The Staff is friendly as well as helpful. Would like to make special mention of the Reception Manager - Mohammed, who ensured our stay was comfortable. Be it any time of day or night, he would always be available to assist to our queries or concerns. The breakfast is limited in option but the staff is accommodating on catering to your requests if available. Here would like to give appreciative mention to Ahmed in the restaurant area who catered to our dietary preferences.

We had booked 2 rooms - King Bedroom & Twin Bedroom. Unfortunately the twin bedroom had a wierd stench arising from the Bathroom area. How much ever the house keeping cleaned and deodorized the place, the stench wouldnt subside, to an extent that it gave the kids headache and nausea. Whereas on the other hand the King Bedroom had no such problem.

Great service room. Good breakfast from 8:30 am. till 10:30 a.m., but it would be great to see more items, although the current were good. Quick and easy check-in process. The room was exactly the same as in pictures. Great experience overall!

Only once when they ignored the "don't disturb" room state and knocked on the door asking for something in the morning, other than that, everything was great.

The reception manager was great, pleasant and beautiful. She is all over the place managing her office business. She is the first person to see in the morning, however, she will be the last to notice in late afternoon or early evening. I believe she adds a great value to the business. Nonetheless, all the staff were nice, pleasant, and helpful.

The place is under renovation.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and smiling. The furniture new and clean, also, the bed is comfortable. Ahmed contacted me before 3 days of my booking to confirm my book and if we need and more services like car or driver to pick us. He is very kind. The property is very clean and the food was good. I will advise my related family and friends to visit your property.
