The hotel has a great and accessible location right at the center of Horta. It has a small parking spot next to the entrance. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Rooms are great for an individual or a couple, it even has AC. The best thing about the room (on the 4th floor at least) is the view of Pico. I definitely recommend this place.

Coffee Machines at breakfast are old and don't work properly. Cleaning isn't done at set intervals (it's random throughout the day).

Room was clean, the location and the view of the port and Pico mountain are great. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Rooms are a bit outdated. At the booking I requested for a room with a double bed and received the message on booking that my request has been approved. When I got to the room it was a twin room (two single beds) and at the reception they told me that they are fully booked and there is no other option. It was not such a big deal, but still...

Great location in the heart of Horta. The staff was very helpful especially Hernani who called SATA at the airport to change our flight when we couldn’t get through to the website. The breakfast buffet had many choices. The beds were large. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and Pico.

The hotel is missing some modern amenities like USB or accessible plugs by the bedside. The hotel seemed a little tired.

This hotel is wonderful! Probably one of the best hotel-stays we've had while traveling around the Azores. The room is super spacious, beds are excellent, the balcony is a big plus. Bathroom is great, shower pressure is good, provided products are of high quality. The breakfast is very varied and fresh, and everyone at the hotel is super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The room is huge! The beds are very comfortable. Once you open the curtains the view leaves you speechless. You can see the sun coming from behind Pico. The staff is very helpful and resilient, even when face to face with loads of guests at the same time are able to accommodate you in no time. Nice breakfast!

The staff was very helpful in accommodating a request first to allow us to check into our rooms even though it was earlier than the official check-in time, and second to move a different room on a higher floor with a nicer view from the balcony.

Great stay for 3 nights, the staff was very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Jessica and Hernani, who reserved one day before arrival a tour of the island for me...and let me have a free late check-out! When I return to Horta, I'll stay here for sure again! Best regards!

Amazing hotel close enough to the port yet quiet and comfortable. I was able to check in a little earlier as a room was available. Both the breakfast and dinner are good value for money and varied. Open also to non guests, with a buffet available if enough people are staying at the hotel. The room and common areas were very clean. Parking is available close to the property however it can get busy during the week.

Very clean and comfy room. There was a bathtub in the bathroom. Balcony was overlooking the sea. The breakfast was nice. Overall, it is an older hotel,but they try to keep it in good shape.
