The hotel is downtown and a short walk from the train station and both a short walk to the main downtown square and the river. The room was larger than many, the staff friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi good, and the breakfast was good with many selections. Had a good stay there for 3 nights and would stay there again.

I could have used a firmer mattress but sleep well.

As I wished, I received a room that did not have a whole carpeted floor. I liked the breakfast, a lot to choose from. The hotel location is in the very heart of the city center, close to shopping, theaters and good restaurants. It is just a walking distance from the bus and train stations, too.

I found the bed maybe a bit too soft, but I slept very well. The weather was extremely bad when I visited, heavy rains and icy northern wind.

We had a very friendly welcome from the receptionist. Our room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, very welcome after a long train journey. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we were able to start before the official opening time as we had to leave for our ferry to Helsinki.

Location is the best, close to everything - bars, restaurants and shopping malls, very great connection with buses.

Only one thing, shower area is molded pretty bad but overall, it is a clean bathroom

The vegan selection at the breakfast buffet was great! And the recycling possibilities in the room with one trash can were something I have never seen before and really liked. Wifi and the smart TV, which you could easily connect your phone with, worked perfectly.

The breakfast room looked a bit dull and was a bit loud, with many people in there. But downstairs it was very nice.

Location of the hotel was perfect, in walking distance to the city theatre and riverside restaurants. Hotel is not new but it met my expectations.

Nothing to complain. I know that the hotel will be renovated very soon, and for sure after that the floors and carpets will look much better and cleaner than they are now.

Comfortable bed. Comprehensive breakfast which included a separate area with gluten-free products. Excellent location near shops and central square.

Despite my best efforts, the shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The service was excellent. The receptionist was competent. The bartender had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable. I recommend it.
