Unit 23 was conveniently located to the pool area through our courtyard area without the proximity impinging on our privacy. The extra communal toilet and shower were very useful. The carport was easily accessible. We appreciated the ease of the automatic gates. Loved that the lounges had footrests. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils etc.

Disappointing that the accompanying restaurant was closed and we weren't told prior to arriving. We had looked forward to the convenience of close meals, especially the buffet breakfasts advertised with the property. The courtyard was rather neglected. Even though the bathroom had a step in shower, it was a bit awkward to access. We were unhappy that the spa wasn't always heated and was closed on our last afternoon there. It was inconvenient having 1 bedside table missing and no light or power point on that side of the bed.

Apartment was spacious & everything you needed was there. Clean & tidy. Staff were very friendly & happy to answer any questions. They were accommodating to my request for an early check in & late check out. I requested a low floor & open shower which was provided & greatly appreciated. Security was very welcomed & car parking was great for my 4wd.

I understand that there are permanent residents but I hated that the apartment next door had a dog that barked & growled whenever I sat outside to have a cuppa. Barked whenever I went in or out of the apartment. I was having this trip to relax not to be annoyed by a dog. I had a late check out but left early as the dog really annoyed me.

Nice appartment, where can fit upto 6 people. Everything was nice and clean. Enough towels, sheets...

The restaurant was closed due to cycloon (that's of course not fault, it was just like that... so we had to look for other place to eat when we arrived) and the swimming pool was also closed due to maintanence.... and this we were told just 2-3days upon arrival. That's shame, the swimming pool was one of the reason we stayed... and look for other option in such a short time was impossible. However, the kids were happy to use the ping pong facilities.

Location is good as we didn't mind the walk into Urangan and the pier. The pool is good and had some fun in that. Overall we thought it was a great place and will return.

Unfortunately the cleaners need to be given a bit of a rocket to lift their game. The apartment we stayed in was not clean. It was clear that it has been "cleaned" between guests but only at a basic surface level and the most obvious areas, look closer at things and some harder to reach areas and it was not good. This will not dissuade us personally from returning, however, I can imagine some people would be pretty uncompromising about it.

The 2 bdrm apartment was absolutely lovely, spacious and it would be hard to sway me from returning as my go-to from now on. I would definitely recommend for a holiday stay as the layout would be perfect for a family. It is also quiet with a desk and table for someone like myself travelling for business. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, a credit to the owners.

Just be aware that this apartment is on the third floor with stair access only. If you aren’t great with stairs or have young children a lower floor may be better suited. The mattress may need replacing soon as it did have a sag to it on the right hand side. (This didn’t bother me personally as I sleep on the left.)

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was good as well as the amenities within the unit. We did not realise that we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator (so if you are elderly or have trouble using stairs, be wary). Also, the name of the resort was confused with their sister resort that is at the back (and much closer to the water).

We were ground level opposite the ping pong room which was perfect for the kids. They also loved the pool. Plenty of space in the apartment and very well equipped kitchen. Loved the bits of art work and ornaments about the place, made it feel very homely instead of clear flat (boring!) surfaces

Used the spare blanket as I’m cold in air con. When I opened it out it had live cockroaches in it! I killed them, not a biggie, but it gave me a creepy crawly feeling while using it

Good place to stay if you want to do a day tour to K'igari, right by the Sandy straits Marina, we only had to walk for 15 min. The apartment had everything you need, big kitchen with a lot of dishes and a dishwasher. The unit was intended for 4-6 guests, so we had a lot of space, just being the two of us! The carpark was just in front of the apartment.

The only thing that didn't work were the blinds in our bedroom. There were no curtains, just something to roll down, which got stuck. So you couldn't use it. We slept fine anyway!

Great place to stay with a family. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment (which is more of a three bedroom if you count the front room with sofa bed). It was plenty large enough for our family of six. The room was clean and well appointed with cooking equipment. Beds were comfy and plenty of outdoor area on the ground level apartment.

The location was good however we did have to drive a short distance if we wanted to go anywhere other then the boat club.

Clean very comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Very comfortable sofas and beds. Efficient aircon and fans. Lovely large bathroom and shower. We were on the top floor, so quite private. It was peaceful at night.
