The apartment was fantastic with amazing lake view. Very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was a nice added touch even if it is quite limited. We were allowed to use a paddle board which was fantastic! My second time staying at this B&b and really liked the apartment.

The staff tried to charge us 15 euro per day for the air conditioning even though it was listed as included in the room facilities. Really didn’t like how this was handled as they purposely did not give us the remote for the air conditioning. In the end however we were allowed to use the air conditioning without charge but left an unpleasant experience. You have to pay 10 euro extra per hour for check in after 7pm as well which you can only pay in cash.

Very good location at the heart of Porto Cresio, direct access to Lugano lake promenade. Cozy B&B ideal for a 1-2 days to discover the area. Walking distance to restaurants. We stayed off season but apparently you can use the pool and beach during the summer. Also kayaking and paddle boarding is possible. Breakfast was basic Italian. Parking is done in the public parking lot next to the hotel and costs 4 euros per day.

Check-in time is very strict so if you are just wondering around the area you need to be on the watch constantly. So maybe this could be a bit more flexible.

A quaint B and B which is conveniently situated next to the beach, it has canoes and other water sports equipment available. lovely garden area for sunbathing and fabulous views, rooms were comfortable. manager Rashid was lovely and very helpful.

Owner of the property arrived on our last day, he was arrogant, rude and obnoxious, he treated Rashid in a shocking manner. pool is very cold and I had difficulty getting out as the steps don’t have a rail on the outside of the pool.

This place is absolutely amazing. Close to the trin station, 10 mins walking. Our room had a nice view of the lake, it was clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options, everything fresh and delicious. The house is very well decorated, you feel in a friend's house. Staff is amazing, kind and friendly.

Perfectly located and with a lovely host. Room was excellent size and balcony view is beautiful. Lots of breakfast options. Villa is gorgeous and in the style hoped for.

Wasn't clear where some light switches were and Wi-Fi not usually accessible. Some of the plug sockets didn't fit my European adaptor but we got by with two that did. Very minor things.

The host was really friendly and helpful. When asked, he immediately helped us out. We were able to rent kayaks for free. They also have bikes and a SUP available. The lake with a sand beach is directly in front of the BnB. There is a large outside sitting area, an inside pool and an elevator. Our room was spacious, had two windows, a portable fan and a hairdryer. There was a free breakfast with options for vegetarians.

Our room smelled musty, unfortunately the smell did not go away even though the windows were open 24/7 and we used the fan.

Clean, very good quality breakfast; different types of good cheese and fresh bread and croissant with natural honey and different types of jam, boiled eggs, tea and coffee, fruits and orange juice. Friendly and quiet small kitchen or you can eat outside. The room was spacious, balcony with an amazing lake view, has a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. A bottle of water and fruit in the room. Very friendly host. Bikes to use to go a round the lake and restaurants. A garden with seating outside. No TV (a plus to relax)

Check out from 1030 am to noon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the lake. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway by the water.

It was a lovely place to stay at, I had a lovely weekend. The view was absolutely breathtaking, everyone in the b&b was extremly kind and helpful. It is idealy located just minutes away from the main road and on the longolago which makes it perfect for a morning run. The suite was very confortable and clean.

Very good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Free kayak was an unexpected surprise that we did really enjoy. The breakfast was also good, with everything you expect from a hotel one.
