Great location in the central part of the city. Very quiet street. The staff were lovely and had someone at the desk 24 hours, which was useful as I didn’t arrive until midnight because of a delayed flight. The bedroom was modern and comfortable and had a proper hairdryer, which I liked.. Also tea and coffee making facilities, which not all French hotels have. A very comfortable bed and a good shower.

The room was quite small with very little surface space to put things on, and the toilet was also rather small, but these were minor problems. And one tiny thing – I do wish the teabags could be just normal tea and not Earl Grey . .

The room was a good size and quiet with fully functioning air conditioning, wifi and a mini bar (though you have to go to reception to ask for mineral water which is then charged to your room; tea and coffee is provided for free though with a Nespresso machine in the room). The location is excellent, right in the centre of Bordeaux, on a quiet side street. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The balcony with the executive room is a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

There was a plumbing issue with the shower, with water not draining properly, though the hotel was aware of this and it did not affect my stay at all.

Second time we have stayed. This time in a room with a balcony which was fabulous and really added to the holiday. Shower was super room clean and stylish and had high end features e.g rituals toiletries and coffee machine. Staff were lovely so friendly and helpful in a very personal way. Location amazing in close walking vicinity to centre and trams for further afield. Added bonus close to a lovely supermarket enabling balcony evenings to be added to with great wine and cheese. Second added bonus Mimis restaurant over the road ( literally) is fab.

Nothing we didn't like. We didn't eat breakfast so cant comment on this.

Location was very central with walking distance to everything, although Bordeaux is a very walkable city in general. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I was traveling for a conference so my priority was having a private place to sleep, and the relatively small room size wasn't an issue at all. Also A/C availability in hot summer weather is a lifesaver, and it worked very well throughout my stay which I ended up appreciating more than anything.

There is a safe above the coat rack, and for some reason every time I touched the coat rack to hang something the safe would go off beeping for a while. I could not figure out how to completely turn it off. The ventilator fan above the toilet seemed a bit weak, and I had to run it for a while after each use. Really minor inconveniences that didn't really hinder my stay tbh.

The staff we encountered were outstanding - professional, sociable, meticulous, and willing to help with all sorts of advice on where to go and how to get there. The hotel was quirky and fun, and the breakfast was excellent - limited in options because it is a boutique hotel bit with first-class local, fresh produce.

There was nothing we didn't like. We struggled a little to find the hotel, but we should simply have asked advice from the hotel before we travelled. The hotel is actually very conveniently located. In some ways, the room was a little tight for space, but that was a minor issue. There was a problem with the safes, but our cases lock, and we put a locking strap between them. The staff will also put valuables in the hotel safe. We were so glad that we stayed there and not in some big, sanitised chain hotel. We would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed staying here, the location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in the single room which is very small but has a great compact design - where everything has been cleverly arranged so you have all the facilities you need in a small space. It was perfect for one night and good value for money.

If you are staying for more than a night, you might prefer to have one of the bigger rooms.

The beds were so comfy. The pillows were amazing . It was extremely clean and while the comfort room was a little small the ceilings were so high which gave a sense of airyness

When we got off the tram we found it quite difficult to find the hotel.... its up a side street .. get off the tram at porte de bourgogne and then take tram. D to fondaudege de museum..... then start to walk down to the place de tourny but before you get to it there is a little road up to the right. When you look up you will see a building Nikita head up there and then turn right. The hotel is on the other side of the road.

Great location on the edge of the central old town, in a neighbourhood with great shops and restaurants, no parking but a garage was only 5 minute walk away. Away from the throng of tourists which is nice as the city was very busy, staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Room was a bit small, and not as soundproof as it could have been, however the city is very interesting so not much time spent in the room.

Clean and comfortable, more than adequate for a one night stay. Staff are great, very welcoming and helpful, location is outstanding if you are interested in Bordeaux and its history. There is an Arret Minute across the street if you arrive by car. Breakfast was very good, and the front desk sent me to an outstanding bakery nearby to buy bread for the evening when I returned home.

Can't think of anything that rubbed me the wrong way.

The room was lovely (the decor so tasteful), clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was modern, great shower (with a FULL door that closed !!!). Loved the hotel location, very central to everything. Nice elevator. The staff was really wonderful, went out of their way to help us with what to see, where to go, …. This hotel is a gem!
