executive lounge opening hours has to be extended to serve guests. An elderly gentleman (staff) at concierge was surly and unhelpful when i deposited luggage upon arrival from the airport for check in at 3 and asked to use the washroom. He was reluctant to let the me use the washroom on the 40th floor even though there was a room reservation for the me to check in at 1500h. He directed me around the block and told me there was one at the subway station. Sarah at reception was the only cheerful welcoming and helpful staff and should be commended. Dinner at Kura was memorable.

Location, location, location. Everything was within walking distance. Amazing location. The lobby bar was epic. Loved the innovative cocktails and the food was delicious.

The rooms were so dim, it felt like Batcave. Except without echo-location, I have to watch where I am going. Wish there are more lights. Or an option to have a ceiling flood, spare a thought for the oldies who have to struggle in low light.

The view at the lobby was amazing, too bad the restaurants were all booked during our stay. I loved that they took dirty baby bottles and sanitized them for us and returned to the room when finished, never been to a hotel with this service!

Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. We have a baby that just started crawling but the floors were dirty and the room in general was really dusty

We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Hotel staffs are all helpful, polite, willingness and offered their best to solve any issue raised from booking taxi to table reservation. Even after I modified my requests over and over again, they still tried and offered their best. Thank you team Conrad Osaka. Room is spacious, bathing water come with large stream of water. A bathtubs may take 20 mins to fill at home can Be done in 2,3 mins. Hot water comes immediately. Room is clean and spacious. This is the first time luggage pickup arrived 5 mins earlier than requested time. The staff had calculated loading and transportation overhead in mind. This is a big bonus. The bread section at breakfast is excellent and far exceeding rest food.

1) a breakfast staff friendly chat with guest right next to bread area. The staff wear mask but the guest didn’t. Showing friendliness is important but shouldn’t talk next to food especially the conversation was initiated by hotel staff. 2)the bed is too firm for me.the pillow is not bluffs.

The location, the staff and the design of the room and hotel. It is a very friendly hotel that pay lots personal attention to my family and my kid. The staff is able to have a chat with kid. In the room, there is a kid’s teeth brush and slipper ready.

The afternoon tea timeframe is from 3-5pm. It is too close to dinner. Maybe it can be 2-4pm.

The view was breathtaking, staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much. Excellent location with immediate access to central subway. Couldn’t ask for more!

View from the lobby/bar and hotel room was incredible. Room was a good size and bathroom was excellent. Also used the pool in the morning which was good and a nice size.

A little disappointed the room wasn’t ready at check-in, especially as we had plans shortly after we were due to check in. Also I’d say a tad too expensive despite the great rooms and views.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

Beautifully stylish hotel with jaw dropping views. Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.
