The location is great- convenient to walk to the tram and the kebab place on the corner is yummy. I had a shared bathroom but it was kept clean and was convenient to use. The elevator worked fine once I learned to shimmy the key a bit. I loved being able to hear the tram and it was nice to have a window that opened so I could listen to the sounds in the city if I chose to or close it if I wanted to enjoy some solitude. I felt safe walking at night, even by myself. There is a refrigerator available for storing things if needed. I used the table in the common area several times for making travel plans and for sharing a meal with my son who is studying abroad in Florence. It's a quaint little place and I enjoyed my stay. The manager was quick to respond to messages. The keyless entry is nice- if you miss the code 3 times just wait, it will reset. Once you get the hang of things it's quite easy to navigate the doors, the lights and the elevator. The tram is easy to use and is always on time.

I wasn't sure how to go about swapping my towels out so I hung them on a chair in my room each night and reused them until I was able to see the housekeeper to swap them out. Not a big deal with the towel, but an extra washcloth would have been appreciated. My room listing said it had a full size bed and a twin bed. It only had a full size bed. It was a good size for me, but the extra room I expected would have been helpful when unpacking and packing. The bus stop is convenient, but the bus doesn't come on time or at all sometimes- take the tram or walk. Sometimes it is easier to walk and you get to enjoy more of the city that way too! I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The room was comfortable and clean! The "tram" station was 4 minutes far and the train 12. Sofia was very helpful and with good suggestions. I recommend downloading WhatsApp because the communication was way easier. In general it was value for money.

The shared bathroom is for 2 rooms only so it's convenient. Facicilties are ok.

When I arrive at late night, staff here is very supportive to wait us. We are allowed by her to enter the building. However, all lights are off and elevator didn't work so we had to claim 3 floors with luggage into the dark. Hard to open the door and find lobby light. We feel a bit scare since we feel no person inside building: (

good localization, contact with the personel was also good (on-line), however the bed was very uncomfortable, room was small and dark, we read there will be terrace in our room and it occured it was but in the kitchen which was shared space, I missed also electric kettle or small cooker, it would be useful to have it in the kitchen

when we arrived it was some storm and lack of the electricity, because of it even the toilet didn`t work, we were told no one knows when the breakdown will be fixed, we were lucky because everthing had started to work shortly after but I can`t imagine what would happen if it hadn`t, how we could have use toilet etc. I know such things do not depend on the owners and good point is that the personel was in touch with us, still I would not choose this place again
