First and foremost, Lady Luna B&B was an excellent choice because of the location: right in the middle of the town. Our room was tiny but well-equipped and perfectly clean! The lady who met us was very, very kind, and we had our best breakfast at the Opera Café nearby. If we would visit Firenze again, Lady Luna B&B would be my choice again. Moreover, I almost forgot to mention the kindness of Café staff: we had some problems with our luggage storage at the checkout. They offered us free storage for a few hours so we still could visit the Uffizi on our last day.

I gave 4 because the shower cabin's sink was clogged. The room is too dark (because of the reconstructed building, the window is too high) - next time we will try another one.

The location is great, and the rooms are spotless, cozy and quiet. My kid likes the candies in the hall to welcome guests—it was such a sweet touch. The lady at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (I like omelet and bacon), just a couple of blocks away, right in front of the cathedral.

The location of this facility is excellent just half a block from the square and the Basilica. At night this area can be noisy with young revelers. The free breakfast included with our room was excellent and was served at a quaint cafe directly in the center square. The servers, all of which spoke English, were attentive and engaging. Breakfast was excellent.

Loved the location: in “old” Monterosso, closest hotel to Buranco winery, minutes from shopping and beach. Loved the a/c: mini split in room with full individual control. Loved the included breakfast: served on the rooftop, great views, surrounded by lemon trees. Loved the staff: all very friendly and helpful.

Front door entrance was never locked. Anyone could come and go at any time. Weird but wasn’t unsafe. Bathroom was tiny! My knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet!

Location was great! And it's a cute little apartment hotel with an old style elevator - that was so cool. Felt like living like local. The staff was super helpful, she answered to everything we asked for. Bonus was a free breakfast at the cafe they own right in front of the Duomo. Loved everything about it.

It didn't bother us but there are noises throughout the night especially on the weekend. But it was expected because of the location. They provided disposable ear plugs - which was helpful. It was little hard to find at first but that was a part of fun, too.

The accommodation is located in the most central location of Florence. It is comfortable, very clean, with a very good mattress. The owner is friendly and willing to help you and give you various instructions on the places to see. The breakfast is decent and served in the shop that she has in Piazza del Duomo.

The window of the room was very high and did not open, so that fresh air did not enter the room and while the weather conditions outside were perfect ( 22-24°C ) we slept with the air conditioner open. We couldn't even see outside what the weather conditions were like

The location was phenomenal... Can't get closer to the Duomo unless you were living in it.. The staff at breakfast were wonderful..

There is some outside noise late night and early morning but close outside inside shutters and dream about sights you'll see the day and it will all be OK..

Lovely room in a beautiful old building right by the Duomo. We couldn’t believe how good the location was! We could pop back to the room several times a day to use the bathroom, grab rain jackets, change clothes etc. It was SO convenient and this also made arriving and leaving from the train station on foot very easy. The staff at the B&B were extremely nice and helpful - so were the staff at the breakfast cafe!

It is very noisey outside and they do provide earplugs in the room to help with this. I think this problem would be the same anywhere in such a central location and a building that isn’t brand new.

The B&B is located in the city center right across the Duomo. It is bright and sunny, well maintained and clean. The room is small, yet there was everything that we needed (including mini fridge). The host is lovely and the location itself is breathtaking. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings as the dumpsters are nearby and the waste collection is daily.
