There was nothing to dislike about this place.. the staff was super friendly.. and the rooms were really clean as well as the exterior of the facility.. I love that the bathroom had like this built in heater in the ceiling. I took a bubble bath every night. No bugs and the beds were pretty comfortable. I didn't expect that for the price I paid so I'll definitely be booking again. Location is close to everything but puts you out the way of the heavy traffic. I will suggest that the website photos be updated because the room looks better in person..

It’s always clean when we are here!

Our Ceiling started leaking at 1230am and the front desk was like what do you want me to do uhmmm come to the room. They did move us, but we ended up checking out at 2:30am and heading home.

Small older motel located in Sevierville just a couple miles to Tanger outlet mall and the island at pigeon forge. Very clean and quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. Option to have room cleaned daily or can be DND your whole stay. Bed comfortable good shower lots of updates. The room we had was a double and the second bed was like a separate bedroom making the beds more private than more modern setups The bathroom is in between the bedrooms.. Nice little private balcony that opens from the back bedroom. Balcony has a railing for safety that is very sturdy. All areas really neat and clean .

Wish they had smoking rooms but they do have a smoking area or just go to your car and be considerate of others.

We had an absolutely great stay!! Upon checking in, my request for the ground floor room was accommodated, the rooms were clean, the ac and heater worked very well and had a good fan noise. The mini fridge got very cold which is very refreshing because most hotels don't make sure those work well. The ice machine was working so I was able to make my little icebox each morning during my stay.. The beds are firm but they are comfortable. The pillows are amazing! They also have nice shampoo,etc. but I always take my own. The hotel was also very understanding about us needing to check out a day early due to bad weather that was going to be happening the next day which would have been our travel day. There were 2 trash cans inside the room, and a microwave as well. There were also trash cans outside which was amazing for throwing away the trash at the end of each day out of the cars from the events. The absolute only thing that I would say needs improving if anything is more plug-ins in the room. I brought a surge protector so I was fine It was an amazing stay and we will be staying again in the future but next time I'm hoping to be able to afford getting the deluxe room or suite. There was also plenty of free parking even during this big event going on. The location is also PERFECT!!!!! We were close to everything around us but not in the thick of the worst congestion area

Great location, wasn’t to far away from anything you could walk to get food if needed pigeon forge is probably 10-12 minutes away

Nothing was bad but traffic noise “kind of a giving in Tennessee” but it is close to the road

The room and property were very clean. The bed was comfy. Room was spacious. Location was great. Check in was easy (once the person in front of me stopped asking 100 questions.) Housekeeping came by daily to change out towels and trash, which was really nice and unexpected. Great water pressure and temperature. Loved the vintage tile work and tub handles! Location was excellent, close to just about anything you'd need in Pigeon Forge, and easy to get on and off.

While it was nice to have a sofa, it was terribly uncomfortable. Looked like it was probably a sleeper sofa that had been outfitted with a wooden box frame. The shower head was a little low, even for average height guys like me and the bf. This is probably how they were designed originally. Not enough lights.

The rooms were clean, the staff was very courteous and very reasonable price for the stay.

We had a rough family stay in a room beside ours who were very loud, slamming doors, car horn blowing, had family reunion in one room. I don't blame the Motel, but the individuals abused their privilege if staying at Mountain Aire due to having extra people come over to swim & party all night, that were not any staying at Motel. There needs to be a curfew for lights out & common courtesy to being quiet by midnight at latest. Maybe have security for overnight shift. We will be back, we've stayed here several times. Thanks

We only stayed for one night, but we did get a good value for our money considering it was peak season in the area. The room was a nice size with standard small appliances for hotel rooms. Would stay again. Also, right next door to Flapjacks. We had already made plans to eat somewhere else, but otherwise, having Flapjacks next door would have been very convenient and a plus.

Parking spot was a little awkward in relation to our room (our room was at the end of the top floor with the only exit at the other end of the floor). Lots of traffic noise as the hotel is on a main thoroughfare, but not something the hotel can remedy. Wouldn't deter me from staying again.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean

Really our only issues were the bed and musty smell in the room when we 1st arrived. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, but it was only for 2 nights so we pushed through. Would not have slept on that matress longer than 2 nights. The musty smell was all due to the ac not being run once we turned it on for a few hours the smell got better. I would recommend that they keep the air conditioner running when they know clients are going to be staying there as it took 4hrs to cool the room down and get rid of the musty smell. We would have liked to take naps when we 1st got there but the room was way too warm.

I loved the fact the shower faucet had a separate knob for cold and hot. It was clean. I was supposed to have a recliner, but instead there was a couch. It served the purpose because I was still able to partially set up while sleeping. It could have been the recliner was in a room on the second floor, but after realizing we were an older couple, the receptionist put us in a room on the first floor instead of the second floor. That was polite of her to do that, so I'm not going to complain about not having a recliner. I would recommend this motel for anyone.
