It was a good location and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable.

The floor was wet right by the a/c vent, which makes me concerned for mold issues, etc. Thankfully it was just there, so it was easily avoided when walking. And there was no smell (yet). I had requested a crib, but the request didn’t go through. Even though they brought me one easily, they charged me $25. I’ve never been charged for a crib at a hotel and I have four kids, so I’ve had a good share of hotel stays with babies.

The property was in a very good spot close to the interstate the regal cinemas Buffalo Wild Wings and 9 mins from Walmart it’s very well kept up clean and very peaceful staff is amazing nice and very polite the suite is wonderful it has everything you need for your stay and it’s very spacious the pool was clean and very quite area the breakfast is awesome my family and I enjoyed our stay there thanks for having us I recommend and 10 stars on the books

This property was wonderful! The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was great. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Pool, Kitchenette in room, fitness center and hot breakfast were all perks that I enjoyed. Traveling alone I felt safe and well cared for here. Room was spacious, modern and well equipped. Facilities were well maintained and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Awesome value for your money. Bonus perk that this hotel shares a parking lot with a Regal Theatre.

The location and the staff were great. We were received well and the front desk was fantastic.

The swimming pool was closed and that should have been reflected in the cost of the room since we were unable to use that facility. The fresh fruit for the yogurt bar was missing. The hot water for the tea was lukewarm warm. The door for our bathroom was broken. It could have been a little cleaner.

Everything. Love the location. Have been a couple of times. Quiet. Comfortable rooms. Great TV including premium channels. Very comfortable beds. Full sized fridge. Good breakfast. Very easy to get to and from the COTA race track for anyone attending.

The breakfast staff were overstretched and thus there were waits for items to be replenished like silverware. I suspect that was a oneoff situation as I dont remember from previous visits.

*Breakfast ended at 9:30, we got there at 9:25 and there was no one there but the lady who was going to pick everything up. She was extremely polite and did not make us feel uncomfortable about getting there late. *My daughters swam after hours in their awesome pool and lost a bracelet but didn’t realize it until the next day. The staff was super friendly and helped DIG THROUGH THE TRASH BAGS! looking for her bracelet and found it! *The gentleman at the front desk accommodated our need to be close to where we parked our trailer AND was so sweet and gave us the BEST room we’ve ever been in, no exaggeration! *This was our first time running late to check out of our room, and the poor staff-woman who knocked several times (because our kiddo accidentally checked us out,) was super sweet and never rushed us out. She simply asked us to let her know when we were out so she could check the room since many guests sometimes leave items behind. *We’ve stayed at many hotels throughout our life and this has by far been the best hotel experience ever. We even contemplated staying another night just to enjoy the awesome hotel. Sadly, we’re road-tripping back to Oregon and can’t stay! I truly cannot have been happier to have chosen this hotel instead of the other two options nearby!

It was a suite plenty of room to relax. Breakfast stations were good but can be quite busy during the weekends so I took my food to my room Since there wasn’t a lot of room to sit and relax.

$7 to park per day the parking lot was a huge cinema, hotel, and restaurant location with plenty of parking so not sure why $7 sur charge. Had to get towels for the family since there weren’t enough and sheets for the fold out bed. Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm

I loved that it wasn’t on the highway but it was down in a cozy spot with the Metropolitan Theater rear right of it and Trudy’s Restaurant front left of it…which provided a nice melange of people around it…they treat you like Hotels used to treat their guest with respect and a hospitality that is hard to find these days when seeking lodgings…they have the noon checkout which is an endangered species these days and as in my case being handicapped and traveling alone they gladly extended mine until 1:30 PM…They are super pet friendly after having to flee from our home due to the rash of prairie fires and 3 digit temperatures we were having I had my usual ride or die 14 year old mixed breed with me plus 5 Boston Terrier puppies who had recently been orphaned and a Boston female with 3 brand new babies…10 dogs total and they welcomed us all the same…they even helped me put their crates together and get them loaded safely for the trip home…free hot breakfast every morning Texas shaped waffle maker hot and ready to go…In general this place gave me a good feeling from check-in to check-out that haven’t that I haven’t experienced in years unlike the feeling most motels give me that I’ve stayed at recently like you are an inconvenience or you are trying to take from them… which maybe a carryover from the culture from which they came…

The only thing that was disappointing to me was the fact that the swimming pool lift chair wasn’t working so I didn’t get to swim as much as I had hoped and the fact that the roll in shower in my room didn’t have a shower chair to transfer to while showering so I had to put my wheelchair in the shower or stand on one leg and hold on to the handicap bars while using a hand help shower head…that can get tricky at times

Michael welcomed us in with a great attitude and we were able to get an upgraded room which was perfect for my birthday. The two bedroom suite with living room and kitchen was perfect for a group so we had plenty of space to hang out and get ready.

Everything was amazing but the water pressure/temp could’ve been a little stronger if I have to pick something to look into.

Thier were close to many amenities small distance to travel. I love how prepared they were for any situation the staff was always on point with thier task . The kitchen staff hardwork is very noticeable they kept it clean and professional easy flowing for our meal to get on with our day . Housekeepers respected our privacy in our stay but as soon as we walked in our room ,it was so inviting . Front desk always welcoming .

I didn't experience any horrible situation at my stay
