We have had such a relaxing stay in this beautifully decorated and well equipped coach house. Everything we needed was provided including an incredibly comfortable bed, an amazing in bedroom bath tub and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed both breakfast options over our two day stay. A hamper with fruit, cereal and pastries on the first morning and a wonderful full English breakfast the second morning. Patrick and Jenny were really friendly, welcomed us and helped make our stay a fantastic experience. We would thoroughly recommend people stay here and we would certainly like to come again in the future.

This gorgeous property was in a lovely quiet village just half an hour from Burghley House which was perfect for us visiting the horse show. The room was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and had some lovely little touches- espresso machine, fresh milk and biscuits, dog biscuits, tv with fire stick to log in to Netflix and lovely personal touches too having cooked breakfast served in the hosts conservatory. We brought our dog with us who was made to feel very welcome. Local pub is a 2 minute walk where we had lunch in the garden would be great for having dinner and a glass of wine. Couldn’t fault this place.

There is nothing not to like about this property

Lovely accommodation, room was very clean and lovely decor. We had the continental breakfast in our room (cooked available in main house) which was delivered in a huge hamper with fresh warm croissants, orange and apple juice, warm pastries, selection of 2 cereals and freshly sliced fruit… beautiful… oh and fresh milk, tea & coffee. Patrick was the perfect host and went out of his way to make sure our stay was of the highest standard. There is a lovely village pub next door so very convenient for dinner. We will certainly return, highly recommend a stay.

The property and people are exceptional. We stayed one night in route from Scotland to Euro Tunnel. We loved it so much we booked three nights on our return back to the uk to Scotland. Patrick and Jenny are a beautiful friendly couple and made us so welcome. The village is a beautiful, quaint, peaceful location, but also close to motorway links and Grantham Town. The pub next to the B&B sold lovely food and had a great beer garden. We will most certainly be back, excellent value for money, like high end hotel in a B&B with a friendly welcome. Loved it.

Absolutely stunning room with a free standing bath in the main bedroom. The decor and attention to detail was exceptional. Luxurious bedding & towels. Water, Tea, coffee, biscuits in room. The breakfast was amazing too, taken in the hosts own house/ beautiful conservatory. We ate the evening we arrived at the pub next door & Patrick came in & had a drink with us. View of the church from the room in the morning was very picturesque.

We stayed here with Jenny and Patrick for 2 nights, the location was beautiful, they were beyond helpful, the accommodation was spotless and comfortable AND they had amazing dogs 😁 They went above and beyond to be helpful, giving me a lift back to my car that I left at the wedding venue, which they really didn’t need to do! Definitely one of the nicest places I have stayed and will definitely stay again if I’m up that way.

This is a real find. The hosts have worked hard to provide clean, stylish and welcoming self contained pet friendly accommodation, with on site parking, all on one level except for the front step. Quiet location. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower worked well. Table, seating, fridge, beverage supplies all good. We opted for the full cooked breakfast, served in the hosts beautiful conservatory, rather than a hamper in the room. With top quality ingredients perfectly prepared, cooked and presented, this was a delight not to be missed.

Some coat hooks would be useful, and a shelf in the bathroom.

Excellent large room including bath as well as shower. Coffee machine and kettle in room as well as a small fridge. Superb location in the historic centre of a beautiful small village. Excellent pub next door which served extremely good food at a very reasonable price. Lovely breakfast offered at a very convenient time. Very conveniently situated close to Grantham but also stunning countryside walks from the accommodation.

Really great location for the A1. Discovered this property 4 years ago and was so impressed that we decided to visit again. Happy to say that the standard was just as high as before. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, and the property is beautifully presented, clean, very comfortable, with thoughtful little extras to make you feel really welcome. Breakfast was delicious and served at a time to suit you.

Lovely owner, excellent location, good pubs nearby, spacious, modern, clean, rooms. We were left feeling happy with our choice. They only have two quiet, adjacent rooms in a separate annexe.

WiFi signal weak, same with phone WiFi. Open windows helped! Furniture all a bit too modern. Don’t be deterred, this is a lovely B&B.
