The location was great, very quiet & relaxing. The continental breakfast had good variety & choice and it was very private. Kevin was there to meet us and see us off, helping with the luggage & explains things. The shower room was modern and very clean & stylish. The information book in the property was very detailed & informative too.

There was nothing we didn’t like, the gate was difficult to open and close but that was a minor thing. A sink in the property would make things easier but again not a deal breaker.

Charming annex, very well equipped, quiet and peaceful but close to Nottingham. The hosts are very helpful indeed, explained everything to me and on hand for anything you might need. Very useful welcome brochure with details of local shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered is very generous and wide choice available with flexibility and consideration for dietary requirements. Excellent wifi. There is no sink in the kitchen area, which is a minor inconvenience, but you just put all the dishes in a box and they are dishwashered and returned the same day. It put my mind at rest that all the crockery etc was properly cleaned and hygienic.

Lovely accommodation, very clean and had everything you would want for a short stay. Lots of hot water, comfy beds. Pub in walking distance which was good wholesome food, with Pizza on Friday nights. Accommodation is in a converted stables at the rear of the owners house. Owners keep their blinds down while we were there for privacy which was nice. We were left on our own, which was nice, not too much interaction - which I personally prefer.

This is a personal opinion and I would recommend this accommodation as I thought it was lovely. For me it was just too close to the main house and felt slightly strange walking through the owners garden to get to the accommodation.

It was very clean. Breakfast was very good and the little cake treats and dog treats were nice touches. Having milk and bread when you arrive was great, especially if arriving late and no shops are open. Location was lovely, very nice little village and a great pub in the village.

We thought a little sink would be good in the kitchen area, the only sink was in the bathroom and ir was quite small to try and get water into the dogs bowl and children's bottles. It could also do with a big sweeping brush.

Lovely converted stables. Very comfortable, and our hosts were easy to contact regarding dietary requirements. Provided a hanging rail for our garments as we were attending a wedding, very thoughtful. A great place to stay for a short visit, very quiet. Would go back again when we visit family

The stables were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was lovely and quiet and also private. Bed was very comfy and the sofa too. The host provided plenty of choice for breakfast and was also very helpful and attentive. Netflix was also provided which was appreciated.

A larger TV would be an excellent upgrade to the current small but adequate TV.

The bedroom is really spacious, the stables are immaculately clean. The owners are really thoughtful, the bed is very comfortable and the property really quiet. It is at the back of a really well established garden in old stables so there is lovely birdsong to be heard.

The stables was fantastic for a relaxing weekend away. It was extremely clean throughout and a super big comfy bed! Claire was a great host, I had my dog with me who is quite nervous around new people and other dogs but Claire made us feel very welcome and at home!

This is a very nice B&B, tastefully converted. Quiet and private. The owners were very helpful and there's plenty of room and facilities to self-cater. They even wash up for you! Welcoming pub in the village and convenient for visiting Belvoir Castle and other local villages.

Nothing to dislike. Lovely place to stay.
