Beds were comfortable, little kitchen in the corner was very useful, but the desks were little narrow(small), so if you want to work from there, it may be little uncomfortable. However, for this price, Dwell City Living is very comfortable.

Maybe it’s my fault, but I didn’t realise that I need to pay deposit to check in. You should be ready that you need to pay extra 150 pounds.

The apartment was clean, spacious and the built in facilities would be great for people staying and want to cook for themselves.

The check in process was a bit of a faff, we had to scan a form of ID on a website and for some reason this would not work on my phone, luckily my partner managed to scan it. There was also a £150 deposit to be paid before we could check in. This was a complete surprise as it was not mentioned anywhere, we also don’t know when this will be returned. Something to bear in mind if someone is considering booking this apartment.

-Prepare enough materials for the mid or long stay such as Garbage bag, Tissue, Cleaning material, soap, shampoo, bed sheet, etc. -The front door pin is same time not working well, need to press # before pin to access inside. There should be option in case it's not able to access such as calling an inside person to support -The WIFI here is very slow, and I cannot work well from the hotel.

We stayed in a room for 2. It was spacious, well decorated and had a great bathroom. It was super clean. Really enjoyed the process of checking in and generally how you walk in and out, which was very seamless and hustle free. The location is great. It was quite, walking distance from the city center, right next to a few bus stops, and walking distance to pubs / restaurants and bars. Communication with the landlord was spot-on, friendly and very fast. It is more like a place to live/sleep rather than a hotel so there is not much else to comment on.

Kind of our fault, but definitely read the fine print and be prepared for the mandatory deposit.

I liked/loved absolutely everything... The accommodation was fresh & clean throughout. And just as pictured, absolutely perfect. The apartments are in an ideal location near Nottingham town centre, with multiple buses serving many areas, right on the doorstep. Although it's only, barely a 10 - 15 min walk into town. The apartment was ideal for my 3 day visit, but having the kitchenette facility was an added bonus. I'll be returning to Nottingham in the Summer.... and I already know where I'll be staying. Thank you Jeff/Dwell City Living, I had a lovely stay, and I'll see you again in the Summertime

They didn't mention that: you must do an online check in before arriving, send a photo of your self, and must pay a deposit of 150£ until I paid the total non refundable amount. Left was not working, and it seems they don't even care to repair it and my room was in the 2nd floor

Hi found this studio apartment to be really cosy, comfortable and everything I needed for my work stay. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows plus towels for 3 nights. I liked having the large TV with all the different streaming services on so I could really relax in the evenings. It was convenient to have pin number access to the main entrance and individual room so you don't need keys or a card. Nicely finished and central location for access to different areas of Nottingham. Would use again and recommend.

The only complaint I had was lack of kitchen equipment seeing this is a self catered apartment and the reason I booked it. I had to message and ask for a bowl for breakfast (though I think this was an oversight rather than the norm) - but I did have a prompt response and two bowls brought the next day. There were no scissors and also no tea towels so I had to buy kitchen roll. Those are my only complaints, otherwise it was great.

Clean and cosy room in a quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Handy fridge, along with kettle, microwave and cooking facilities if needed. Security guy in lobby in the evening.

Although there were cooking facilities and pots and pans, there was a lack of cutlery and no washing up liquid to wash anything and no t-towel to dry them with or draining board to put them onto. The lift also wasn't working when we visited which meant walking up the stairs to the top floor, not good if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. Also not very well noise insulated as we heard someone talking early hours along the corridor and again early morning.

Great location and comfortable room, we really appreciated the hob and microwave.

The check in instructions asked us to send a photo of our passport and of our face for facial recognition scanning -- this was unnecessarily stressful, invasive and inappropriate. Just the code was enough when we got there so we're not sure what this was even for!

Very helpful staff. Moreover, the lady who was managing it did manage multiple things efficiently, all with a smile. Wish every organisation as someone like her. Great thanks to all the staff.

Had trouble with the code settings, for the door, on two ocassions. Had to place a international call; this was waste of time (waiting) and money. Some small technical detail, which could be looked into to improve customer experience. Otherwise everything was great. I am sure the good staff at the place will fix this small technical issue.
