I had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully designed, princess-like hotel during a work trip—and it was an absolute gem. From the elegant interior that makes you feel like royalty, to the warm and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, everything was spot on. The breakfast was a delight—plenty of variety, fresh options, and beautifully presented. The location is another big plus: right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around for meetings and explore a little in between. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure. It strikes the perfect balance between charm, convenience, and comfort.

The only downside was receiving a robe with a visible stain, which was a bit disappointing given the overall high standards of the hotel. However, everything else more than made up for it.

was able to check in early as per advertised. breakfast buffet so delicious and many choices. friendly hotel staff. clean room and spacious. have a lot of free movie of option as well.

after each room cleaning, some of the items was not replace back for example bath robe and small towel for the bathroom floor use. rented for 2 room, 1 room got face towel and the other room didnt have the towel at all during out stay. Parking in front of the hotel were priorities for customers who attending an event hence need to park at the mall parking, short distance walk back to hotel and check out time need to drive at main road and enter back the hotel lobby to pickup luggage.

I recently stayed at the Puteri Wing - Riverside Majestic Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is perfect, right along the waterfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. My room was clean and comfortable, though it could use a bit of modernization. The amenities were decent, and I appreciated the small touches like daily bottled water and a well-stocked tea and coffee station. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of local and international dishes that kept things interesting each morning. The pool area was also a nice spot to relax, though it can get busy in the afternoons. In general, the Puteri Wing offers a solid experience for a comfortable stay in the city, especially if you're looking for convenience and good service.

Rooms were clean and spacious.

First night, when we pulled open the blankets, noted multiple brown stains on the bed sheets. Hence had to get service staff to change the bed sheet. On subsequent days after the staff made the room, noticed that 1 or both bath towels would be missing. Had to call them to supply the towels, and they would take 20min to come. Perhaps they were short staffed. That being said, they were polite throughout.

My family and I liked everything about the accomodation, very clean and big tv screen as everything is new and pleasant. We really loved the welcoming print on our tv screen with our names on it. I loved every bit of my Asian food, laksa sarawak and the juices were made perfectly.Fantastic. Staffs are helpful too. Thank you.

The food might need just a little improvement because I know we have been staying here couples years ago many times, we used to have variety of western food like fluffy steamed eggs, bacon, desserts, not just fruits platter. We did not get as much in the breakfast buffet.Oh yes, why is salmon served with potato wedges when it is usually served with chips? I can recommend here, salmon would taste nicer if it was not overcooked.

EXCELLENT location. This cannot be overstated. This hotel along a few others in central Kushing offer immense value from the point of view of location. You will be within walking distance of just about everything. Besides this, this hotel offers an excellent breakfast with food options for all. Decent sized rooms, and comfy beds.

The pool area is not ideal... it sits in the shadow of the hotel for a fair amount of the day and lacks the appeal that makes you want to stay beyond the dip in the pool. This is all dependent on why you want the pool... if it's just for a dip ... it's functional, but there is no bar next to it for a nice drink after a day's excursion. The internet is abysmal and outdated... codes that never work, renewing them daily at the front desk and still not being able to connect... that kind of nonsense. Not acceptable at this price point.

The room was very comfortable with ample cupboard and drawer space. My room, on the 11th floor, had a view of the river, albeit viewed between other buildings. The hotel is ideally located to access Chinatown, the riverfront and with a bit more effort the Borneo Cultural Museum and Fort Margherita.

Breakfast. As a non-meat eater the options were severely limited.

- well located, walking distance to the waterfront, chinatown, cat statue, eateries and shopping malls - breakfast was okay - staffs were very helpful - free parking (either in front of the hotel or inside the mall) - various choices of movies

- rooms soundproofing was not that great - amenities were not topped up adequately - basic room service (housekeeping), maybe understaffed - breakfast not topped up on time, or at all. Did not managed to taste the nasi lemak and few other dishes. - the deluxe king room were listed to have a bath tub, however we were informed that all room in the hotel don't have bath tub..

The room was huge! Our bed was so comfortable and came with both hard and soft pillows. We had a great view of the river. The buffet breakfast each morning was enormous and there were plenty of options. The addition of soy or other non-dairy milks would make this even better.

Only instant coffee in the room (other Malaysian hotels we stayed in provided small espresso machines). Light switches for bedside lighting should enable each guest to adjust their own reading lights. The air conditioning was difficult to decipher and adjust even with the instruction card.

Had a glitch during check in but the staff handled it professionally and still made me feel welcomed. Thankful for the help. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was great.

Had a glitch during check in. Booked online, then before moving to the hotel I made a phone call to confirm my booking - was told yes already in the list. However upon arrival, rooms were clearly overbooked and hence was told that no room was available for me. They admitted that my name was in the booking list but no room was available to be allocated! They should have closed the booking registration once sold out - but they did not. Thankfully after some discussion and waited for about 30-40 minutes, they managed to release a room for me (honestly not sure where this room came from - maybe a no show? But overall I was glad that it was sorted out fast and I managed to get the room that I booked.
