Very clean and staff were friendly.

The walls are thin. I could hear conversations in the next room and hear full conversations. The people then snores very loudly next door and you can only imagine how loud that was.

Lovely lobby and restaurant/bar. The staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and made the mornings and evenings more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and the beds were great.

Our hairdryer broke, the pet area didn't have "bags" in the dispenser, had to go in search of regular coffee pods for our room. Asking $2 for a small bottle of water is a bit much.

Disappointed with lack of free breakfast and price of optional breakfast. Standard breakfast of sausage and powdered eggs, etc available but not worth $18 price.

Charging a premium price for standard complimentary breakfast is offensive.

The staff was friendly and manager was amazing and more than accommodating. The front desk lady in the evening called me by my name and was so pleasant and always made sure we were taken care of. The manager took great care of us and provided an excellent stay.

Pool could have been larger. Parking lot had some big pot holes. Shower gel didn’t lather up well

The property is close to a lot of places like food and shopping. There’s plenty to do within 5 minutes of the property, and there isn’t much noise from passing vehicles or anything at night.

Breakfast cost $10-13 every morning if you don’t book their breakfast package. The option to book this wasn’t shown on booking while making the reservation so we had to pay $46 for breakfast. The food was good but not worth the price.

Very quiet. Clean fresh smell. All linen and bath towels were clean and fresh. The bathroom and room were overall very clean. Plenty of comfortable pillows. Did not use the optional breakfast. Did not try any of the coffee.

My first and last names were transposed in my reservation. Made it difficult to find in their system. My booking number was not found in their computer system.

It was very clean. The young man at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet. The bed was a little on the firm side and I didn’t get the chance to experience the continental breakfast but all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

We really had no complaints about the staff or the property.

after a long day of traveling, staff was no where near the front desk. waited 10 mins.. figured the app out to check in and get a digital key.

Staff were all so wonderful! We were there for hockey and they handled our kids so well!

Beds are too hard. Bedding wasn't great. Room size was good and clean.

I like the hotel, it was my first time booking a room and it was easy and affordable. Exactly what we were looking for.
