Since we were travelling to attend an event in Kaunas Arena, the location was very suitable for our needs, it took approximately 15 minutes to reach the arena in a slow walk. The hotel was really nice, we enjoyed the old-timey wooden interiors, the rooms were warm and cozy (which was important since it was winter), all the necessary facilities were there. We also ordered breakfast which was pretty nice.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Great location. Staff were very helpful. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

We were at the front of the building and it was quite noisy with music and loud customers from nearby bars until 4.30am. Although that didn't prevent me from having a good night's sleep 2 of our party struggled getting to and staying sleep because of the noise

The location was great, and the breakfast had a good choice of dishes, and coffee was great. Confortable beds and bathroom. The old and vintage interior was a plus.

Hotel staff asked to fill forms with too much personal information, and there were no terms and rules associated with that data usage according to GDPR. Sound isolation in the rooms is not the best. I had no problems while sleeping, but our friends room was much noisier. Rooms and hotel itself need renovation.

Excellent location in the heart of town . Old typical building. My room has a balcony. The hotel is warm enough and cosy , with high ceiling . Breakfast buffet is enough to be not hungry. I would like to have options for vegetarians. And they are pet friendly, even not charging my small cat.

The size of the accommodation, location, real value for money deal. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to Kaunas!

I paid extra for beakfast to be included. There was barely any breakfast left an hour before the breakfast time ended. My choices were juice, mushrooms and some cereal. No bread, no eggs, no cuttlery or crockery left even! Really poor planning I'd say.

Sucha places have a soul. Hotel Metropolis Has a ruch history, I like such places. Maybe it is not as modern as lately built hotels, but if you would like to stay in historic place, Metropolis is very good choice. Rooms are ok, clean and nice, Wi-Fi works well, breakfest is tasty, do I may recommend Metropolis as a good place to spend few days in Kaunas.

Room was small but cozy. Best thing is location. Excellent for any business with Vytautas Magnus University.

Breakfast buffet needs re-thinking. The egg souffle dish stuck to its pan and was awful. Bacon was served in massive clumps. This needs an overhaul.

The location is perfect,right in the heart of Central Kaunas in historic building.Spacious rooms with a nice view. Breakfast was very good with variety of cold meats,eggs,omelette,sausages and vegetables,porridge muesli etc. Coffee was very good as well.

Have missed an electric kettle in the room.

An atmospheric building with high ceilings. The room had a balcony that overlooked the promenade. The bathroom was renovated. The breakfast was decent, and the service was polite. Parking was available in the inner courtyard for 6 euros per day.

There were occasional power outages, and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. The water in the shower drained poorly.

Somewhat dated hotel not shabby but not chic either! Comfortable, warm enough, good shower, great location
