We enjoyed the food and the alternative menu options. Breakfast, is exceptional. The spa and roof top pool are delightful although the roof top pool was too chilly for a few of our group. Fantastic boot store area. Robes and slippers are provided to use whilst you stay along with the basics to wash with. Towels are provided for the rooms are large and you have use of large pool towels as well.

Our party had three rooms which were across two different buildings. The church bells ring out VERY loud from 06.30am until 11pm each day. Pillows in the room are so thin even doubled up.

We loved the room, the view, the food, the beer, the wine, the pool, the staff, the chill-out area, the air hockey table, and being on the doorstep of epic running trails, cycling routes, and climbing routes. Plus, the little touches (room chocolate, birthday cake) add that je ne sais quoi. This is our fourth trip to Hotel Neue Post; we love it and will keep coming back!

There was nothing wrong with the quality of the bed or the mattress but I'm a firm mattress man, not a soft bouncy mattress man. Didn't like that, but everything else more than makes up for that first-world problem.

We had a half board service and it was a great decision. Both breakfast and dinner where very good and the service and staff was exceptional. The outdoor Rooftop swimming pool is a cool experience. The SPA was excetional, with multiple options, and an internal heated pool. They have (outdoor) parking and a Ski room, although we kept our ski equipment in a locker at the ski lift which was very efficient.

Great amenities and personnel. The renovated rooms are very nice although the sliding door between two rooms does not provide much sound isolation. There are two pools, a playroom for kids, toys and boardgames in restaurants to borrow, and in walking distance from the hotel there are tons of stuff to do with children. Personnel was attentive, very nice and helpful.

Despite being very ready for families even with small children, the hotel hosts parties at night with loud music. Also, the hotel next to it plays very loud music that you can hear even with windows closed. Not the hotel’s fault but it seems the location is considered a party location in the center of the village. Also no A/C so in summer the rooms may be quite warm. Food was nice but for summer there was surprisingly not a lot of fruits choice.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, great food, good bar, nearby parking, comfortable and clean rooms. I didn't use the spa but I understand from other guests it was very good, as was the rooftop pool. Good location in the centre of Mayrhofen and a SkiBus stop right outside. Secure ski lockers provided in a very convenient premises next door.

The rooms were rather functional without things like tea/coffee facilities (at least in the building opposite the main hotel). The car park is quite difficult to navigate because of the odd delineation of the parking spaces. And perhaps the bar could stay open a little later...

Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Excellent breakfast with a great selection of everything. Half-board also available. Close to city center of Mayrhofen. Indoor heated pool + outdoor heated pool with terrace

One minor issue - the outdoor pool is supposed to be adult only after 6pm but there were several children in the pool when we were there after 6pm

The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The SPA area is amazing, especially the open swimming pool on the rooftop. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional. Loved our stay, would love to visit this hotel again

Room was fine. Good selection of dinner and breakfast. Each group had their own tables.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Separate toilet from bathroom with no washbasin in toilet, so had to use bathroom after toilet, so not convenient if it was occupied.

Very high fee for the dog, 25 Euros per day! It is overrated compared to the extra efforts, the fee could be for the stay and not per day.
