Because of delays of our flight we got there later than expected, but the hotel staff were very accommodating and received us really well. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. We were provided with a little heater as the central heating was not working, so that was a added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The only downside is that the parking at the location is very limited but there are streets close by where you can park for free.

Greeted by a lovely young man who was very helpful. Then did his best as it was a very hot day and changed our room to one that wasn’t in the sun as much. The room was of good size, clean and very accommodating. Then the bed. The bed was sooo comfortable. We actually took the make of mattress down to look into buying one. It’s a very good quality mattress.

Convenient for Leicester Demontford hall just 20 minutes walk or a handy bus stop right across the road. There is a well stocked shop and a takeaway attached to the hotel. Accommodation is quite basic but enough for my needs with clean rooms and showers and a communal kitchen/dining room. This is the fourth stay I've had here and I will return.

They used to have an excellent coffee machine in the communal area but it hasn't been working for the last two stays.

the room was clean and bright. Had a desk, comfy bed, good shower. it was much better than some of the reviews. Maybe I was there at a good time during summer holidays and not so busy. But I liked it and would visit again. Easy to access.

Two different people on reception at different times. Guy was good and helpful, lady not any kind of communicator. but at least there was someone there when needed. Really nothing to complain about.

The room was lovely and warm. The shower was great. Everything in the room worked and it was comfortable. There is a kitchen on the ground floor which was useful for extra dishes.

The first room I was given had s small louvre window and the blind on it would not open. I was given another room immediately with a bigger window and blind worked perfectly. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of air spray. The rooms could have been better aired by opening the doors and windows.

location was good. facilities were an added bonus. I liked the eating area. beds were comfy.

limited parking, no lift. was also asked for photo ID, when I said I didn’t have any the man said all guests have to show it so he can take a copy and it states that on the website I stated I had booked through booking.com and it didn’t mention anywhere he repeated it. my friend also stayed and checked in earlier and was not asked for photo ID.

The room was clean. Tea was available. The bed was a good size and comfortable. Towels were provided. Good reception on tv. There was a communal kitchen on the ground floor which was well equipped and had a large seating area available to all residents which was very useful. There was a CoOp convenience store underneath the property which was useful for food and did not create any disturbance.

Tea and coffee could have been replenished. Upper rooms involve set of stairs, no lift. Not a problem for me but be mindful if you have mobility issues. Otherwise no issues.

Large basic room with good bathroom. Very clean. Has a kettle and some coffee sachets Also a fan which was welcome. Tea bags were available in communal kitchen. Communal sitting room good as my husband wakes early and was able to sit without disturbing me. Easy key drop check out

The wifi was v poor and not useable but we were in Rm 1 which I suspect was furthest from router. Ok in communal area. Only 1 set of towels between 2 but I couldn't be bothered to go chasing more - it was hottest day of year. Only 3 parking spaces but safer to park in street behind hotel as Coop downstairs is busy and tight car park. Quite noisy as on main road but drowned out by fan! Tolerable

The room was nice and a decent size, the towel was big, as was the shower. The area is quite an affluent/respectable area, so quite safe, and there is a nice shopping area just 5 minutes walk away (bars/cafes/restaurants)

There is a kettle, but not tea/coffee/mugs etc, so bring your own. There is only limited parking, but there is lots of safe parking on the roads behind. My room only had one towel which was odd (no hand towel or floor mat for the shower. But if it really bothered me I could've asked). None of these are really negative, just things to know about in advance

This place is value for money,there is a few floors,but I'd say it's just minor issues,like loose fitting an a quick paint job an I guess I'd have gave it a 10☆,but also an issue with finding anyone at reception and Costa an employer,very miserable,but thank you to all the others

Costa one of the workers,very ignorant and never has time to do anything,oww but he did come and let me in early on my arrival
