Good location. Clean pool. Comfortable bedding.

Very incompetent receptionist… before verifying well, she was sending us to another hotel, since she thought we were on the wrong hotel. Gave her my name, and she didn’t check well, stating I had no reservation… over and over again. There was also an additional $20 being charged on each room, and she waited until I complained to explain the reason for those $20. Last, she didn’t give us rooms close to each other, as I was confirmed during my reservation.

The gentleman at the front desk provided great customer service. He made sure we were informed about the area and helped us get an early check in as soon as a room was available due to us traveling from California for the first time. I do not recall his name but he was about mid 20s, Mexican, and a nice style of hair. Thank you to that gentleman for providing us with great customer service.

When we arrived I believe Joe was our receptionist and he was absolutely incredible! The original room we had received, the showers hot water was not working and without any hesitation he fixed the problem by offering us a new room. The breakfast is amazing, I always come back to this hotel specifically because of how great the staff and clean the hotel is.

Front desk staff, at check-in, was friendly and polite. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

I thought housekeeping would be checking in daily to restock towels and toiletries, as needed, but that was not the case. When I called to ask for more towels, I was not given what I asked for. Other than that, I will definitely stay here next time I visit the area.

Have stayed here before and have enjoyed our stay every time. Cleanliness is excellent, the pool and hot tub a huge plus, breakfast selection is excellent plus all staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with

there were 4 in our party and the bathroom only had towels for 2. Had to request additional towels every day.

The breakfast was awesome and the pool was warm. Staff was friendly and courteous. Over all it was a awesome stay for me and my family. It was a great mini vacation.

The pool seemed cloudy and it also had what seemed to be blue paint flakes in the bottom floating around.

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable my husband woke up with really bad body and back pain. Kept getting hot and cold on the water getting out of the shower meet your body feel really dry.

People upstairs were very very loud couldn’t get comfortable

It was clean and Amber at the front desk was very polite and courteous. She was very helpful when I needed directions.
