Friendly staff. The room was spacious, with two doors providing access to the parking lot and the hallway leading to the pool and lobby. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were clean and in good condition

Breakfast was limited (though it did include a couple of microwavable egg sandwiches), and the dining area was small, so it’s better to take your food back to the room. The mattress was too soft for my back, but that might just be a personal preference. There’s no tub in the bathroom, just a shower with a curtain that doesn’t really keep water from getting on the floor.

great pool and hot tub especially after a hike, trails right behind the hotel - falls. Area has some great little shops and near lincon and woodstock. Beds are very comfortable and modern washroom. Lots of space with small fridge and microwave. Great staff (local) knows the area well. Breakfast is typical grab and go, good variety. Enjoyed our stay here. Great place for hiking, waterslides in the summer, ski-do in the winter and probably just hanging by the waterfall in the sun's rays. Great area.

the oranges were kind of old in the bowl, other than than nothing else.

While there was a sauna and indoor pool, we did not have the time to take advantage of them, although my husband would have used the sauna the morning we left if it opened sooner in the morning. Room was large, up to date, and clean. Always enjoy breakfast when a hotel has a waffle maker! Staff was friendly. Franconia Notch State Park very close by. We had reservations for the Flume Gorge hike there. Highly recommend. The hotel was just what we needed as we made our way around New England to enjoy the fall foliage.

Not a lot of places to sit to eat breakfast when there are a lot of people staying there.

Nice little motel/hotel right on the highway. Quiet, good internet connection, decent beds, e-z in and out as we could pull our car right up to the door. Laundry, pool, etc. They have both pet rooms and pet free rooms, which we appreciated. Good value for the price. Small but well stocked little breakfast area. Staff available 24/7 for any concerns. Very clean.

Lumpy pillows! Otherwise, nothing else comes to mind.

THe staff at check in was great ~ we arrived early ~ around 12:30p on sat aug 2nd and we were able to get inot our room shortly after. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The room was welcoming ~ so clean and fresh. Breakfast was great ~ egg sanwiches, omlette wrap, yogurt, good coffee, fresh fruit ... just teriffic. Will go back in the fall for foliage ~

Truly everything was perfect.

The folks at Quality Inn and Suites are very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. We traveled with a small dog that they kept offering treats. The buffet breakfast included fresh fruit and waffles. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. Nice laundry facilities with two washers and dryers.

The eating area for breakfast is small, so one day we had to take our food back to the room.

I really liked how everything was updated and new and that all the carpets were gone in the rooms the beds were very comfortable the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but all in all it was a great experience the pool and the hot tub were awesome along with the sauna room.

They could do better cleaning in the shower area other than that everything else was great

The beds are extremely comfortable along with the pillows. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the balcony was also nice. It was set back off the road and was very quiet.

I don't have anything negative to say. It was as described. It met my expectations.

Above all we love Matt from the desk who helped us with everything, gave us hiking tips and restaurant recommendations. Very spacious room, great location. Quiet. Pool , jacuzzi and gym were great (dry sauna seemed closed for off season?) And breakfast - topical motel breakfast

No elevator for the second floor

Everything and everywhere was scrupulously clean, including the pool and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was far more than we expected for a 'grab and go' which is usually just an option of muffins. We were able to heat up hot egg and bacon rolls, have cereals, hot oats, etc as well as the pastries. Very good value for money
