Beautifully designed. It takes your breath away at first sight once the door is opened. Staff is amazing, very clean rooms and common areas- and the decoration is top notch. Special nod to Rosy, so sweet and diligent. Prime location with one of the best views of SMA. We had the María room, and it was just perfect. So perfect we even cancelled some reservations and just enjoyed some wine and beers. We'll be back for sure!

Loved the location. Close to some beautiful designers/Artists from Mexico both in fashion and art. The architecture of the hotel and its interior design My room had a large veranda/balcony overlooking the town and it monuments The cleanliness of the rooms, the sheets, bathroom, and the rest of the property Had a fridge (empty) Nespresso machine with 2capsules per room per day 2medium size water bottles per day (more if asked) Calm rooms (my sons on the street side)

Air conditioning was not ideal. It gets hot in SMdA, specially if your room is on 3rd/last floor No elevators (only service for carrying up suitcase happens at later night when a very kind young man is at the reception ) Very little foreign languages spoken. Speaking Spanish is an asset Neighbouring domestic dogs are very vocal at times No mini bar No room service

The location and comfort. Beds and bed sheets are super comfortable! The staff (Rossy) are super helpful and kind. There is no parking available but have a valet parking service to help you park your car.

The windows are not soundproof so we could hear all noise from the street! As the hotel is located two blocks from the Parroquia, you can hear the bells early in the morning.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is excellent! Modern and cozy! Air conditioning works great, as does the hot water! Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful! The mini-fridge is ample. 1600w blow dryer included. Staff is attentive, very helpful, and never intrusive. 24-hr assistance. Loved the ample balcony overlooking the courtyard. Ample storage; no need to live out of my suitcase. Great experience!

The location of the Nespresso coffee maker was on a bottom shelf and not easy to use. Could be me, but my “hot” water for tea didn’t work. If you use facial clothes, bring your own. Same with liquid bath soap.

The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, felt welcoming. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to el centro which was a plus.

You could hear people walking back to their room very loud but as soon as they got into their rooms it was okay. Obviously this happened more than ones as various couples came in and out from the hotel late at night.

This was my second stay. The property and the location are exceptional. Unfortunately management har to intervene for a mishandling of the receptionist: I made two separate reservations (Fri-Sun & Sun-Mon). She marked Sun as my checkout and the room wasn’t cleaned all day. They reassigned me another room as an emergency which I had been told by the same receptionist wasn’t available, but it was and clean. I had the inconvenience to move part of my stuff to be in a clean room. Management properly reimbursed the value of that night for the inconveniences caused.

It is a beautiful property and a superb location.

Bathroom tub is hard to get into, one needs to ‘climb’ onto it, so it can be an issue for those with mobility issues. Plus the bath tub drain is clogged so was standing in 1 inch of dirty water after a few seconds of showering. Also when staying in room facing the street, the cars passing at night are quite disruptive to sleep.

Lovely big rooms and comfortable beds. Bathroom had a shower over the tub which wasnt great. However the design is lovely and serene. No parking on the street, you have to park at a paid car park about 5 min walk. Great location in the centre of town, perfect for walking and exploring. great restaurant and bars all around. The hotel did not have any breakfast or food options.

Small hotel, so was not well staffed. Our friends had a few issues in their room and the staff in the evening shift was untrained and difficult to deal with.

The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere by foot. Also all very clean, and the room was amazing.

Everything was perfect. There is no elevator which we were already warned and was no issue for us.

The staff was not friendly when we checked in. The staff the next morning was pleasant and welcoming. The sunken bathtub and shower head are hard to work with. Struggled to use the shower and get in and out of the bathtub. Hot water ran out in 5 minutes.
