Why didn't I start staying here sooner? Location was excellent. Close to Century Avenue and a couple of minutes North from the I-94 interchange on State Street, much closer than a lot of the other hotels you'll find up on the North end of town. Staff were friendly, I was checked in in a couple of minutes after arriving. The wide hallways were clean and well lit. Our room was clean and spacious. Something I really like about Hampton Inn rooms is the layout of their single king rooms. The bathroom is adjacent to the hallway, and the bed is against the bathroom wall. This helps cut down on the noise you'll hear from the hallways. Not that there was any noise to speak of. It was delightfully quiet inside the room during our stay. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we're in Bismarck.

If I'm picking out things I didn't like, I'll have to dig down to minor nit picks. Shower could have been bigger I guess. Our room had a standard sized tub/shower in the bathroom, so it worked OK regardless. There's only one fairly narrow driveway into the parking lot, which made getting in and out challenging when there were large trucks passing in the opposite direction.

Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the common area. Was great for visiting in the evenings. That was the best part. The breakfast lady was the friendliest staff person. Very lovely lady.

I get not cleaning every day. I actually think that is very smart. However, we booked for 5 nights. The front desk did not tell us the cleaning schedule. On the fourth day I had to ask if we could get the room cleaned and had to ask for towels because we thought they would clean and put them in the floor and we had quite a bit of trash. The front desk people were not the friendliest people.

The breakfast selection they had was the best I've seen. They served up two hot entrees, a full line of breakfast offerings, including freshly made hot oatmeal and three kinds of fresh fruit. The staff were all very hospitable and made the entire experience enjoyable.

This motel is somewhat hard to find if you aren't using your GPS since it is set back away from the main access street (Century Drive) and doesn't have signage that can be seen from a distance. I drove past it and barely caught a glimpse of it when searching for it without using GPS. A minor thing I missed was not having a lit clock beside the bed. Finally, I think their bathroom cleanser could be used to strip paint since it had a strong odor that permeated the room. I wish they could find something that cleaned and disinfected without being so pungent.

The cold room had an off odor as we walked in, but were tired so went to bed. While sleeping and the heat turned on it was obvious the odor was urine. The receptionist was grumpy while checking in so we opened the window left real early.

The King Size Suite was very Clean , comfortable , and very welcoming. The Breakfast was good. The Building is in a safe , perfect area close to everything. Enough Parking Space .

That they charge for snacks. Snacks should be complimentary to guest. Suggestion : should have a restaurant on-site.

We enjoyed the location and how friendly the breakfast staff was. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options for everyone. The gentleman who helped us during check-in was friendly and very helpful. The parking lot was spacious. The rooms were comfortable for the time we spent. Overall the facility was clean, comfortable and relaxing.

The woman who helped us during checkout wasn’t the friendliest the times we saw her but our checkout was quick.

Breakfast was very good. Staff working breakfast area were awesome, especially the lady from Jamaica.

We didn’t know that the pool was closed until we got there. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

The room was immaculate! The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was great.

It was a little expensive. The coffee was bitter. There was no bottle water in the room.

Everything about the Hampton Inn was top notch. Clean,, well appointed, Great service, Superb breakfast.

That we had to leave.

Check-in was great, very friendly. We were there for the WWE event and we had absolutely no issues, the bed was clean. The bathroom was clean. The room had everything we needed and we checked out on Sunday with no problems. We stayed in the king bed room.

I have no complaints.
