when it comes to the room it is spacious, comfortable and clean.

When we enter we noticed that the security guard was not friendly to us at all, they’re gossiping and laughing. Receptionists are not professional, you can see them dancing, laughing and singing than doing their job very well. We also went to their sonata spa which makes us uncomfortable as we noticed that their masseuse are doing sign languages, laughing and whispering to her colleagues which we made us thought they’re talking about us which is clearly noticeable.

Coro is a nice luxury hotel hidden in plain sight, looks from the outside are deceiving but once inside that changes. Well modern and equipped rooms for convenience. Great facilities for your enjoyment.

The only thing i didn't like were the pillows because everything morning a woke up restless and couldn't get up straight away due to the pillows being firm because my head didn't sink in to the pillow. The housekeeping was acceptable however i feel like they lacked in doing a thorough clean. i will finally add that despite room service being good once you had finished your meal you either had to just leave it in your room where it would smell out the room until morning or leave it outside the door for the housekeepers to collect.

I’m supposed to rate 1 receptionist 1/10 cuz of the experience i had. But all other staffs are very accommodating and helpful. I arrived from 16 hrs travel i reached the facility at 11am. Due to tiredness I requested if it’s possible to checkin early as I haven’t slept. Receptionist said will see into it. Then i noticed whenever there are new people with other nationalities they allow them to checkin. But whenever i come to her she always say will have it check. Then it keeps on happening, that girl is a real ass racist and would put a big smile to international clients, but not with her kababayan. Been staying at this hotel for so many times and this is the first time I was treated like this.

Very welcoming staff; everyone is helpful, pleasant and polite. I like the Coda Wet Bar at the Roof Top Deck - happy hour is two thumbs up. Food is great, I find the portions quite large. A very relaxing place. Hotel is in a busy street (depending on the traveler, this could be good or bad); close walking distance to several shops and lots of restaurants.

Great and cooperative staff at the reception, restaurant and guard. Nice location. I highly recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping: I arrived the hotel at 12:00pm, and waited to be checked in. I was waiting until 16:00 pm for the reserved Deluxe king room which was not ready. The receptionist kept calling the housekeeping several times but with no luck. Since I was tired after long flight, I had to accept regular room instead. During my stay and in several occasions, the housekeeping was late in cleaning the room although “clean my room” sign was on for several hours during the day. Sometimes, the housekeeping missed providing coffee or water or filling up the containers inside the shower with shampoo and body soap.

A good location in Makati, but the staff didn't have the room I reserved and tried to put me in a pet room. Fortunately, the night manager was very kind and helpful and moved me to a suite.

Staff and housekeeping were a bit frustrating and the room is a bit loud and the TV/Wifi had constant issues.

The room and the bed were first class. The daily housekeeping was excellent

Just disappointed at check out when I questioned about a 1000 pesos deposit being returned I was politely told that there was no record of the Hotel taking a 1000 pesos deposit on my arrival. But having checked with another guest I know the Hotel did take a 1000 pesos deposit from everyone upon arrival. Have written and asked if they had a record of me paying a deposit and I am still waiting for an answer after 7 days.

Good location. Front desk staff were really friendly. Rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. Bathroom was ok although we only for 4 towels when we had 4 in the room (housekeeping delivers more upon request) & the shower was only the rain head which is deemed a luxury but a pain if you don’t want to get your hair wet! Pool is on the rooftop so a nice view & attached bar (indoor) has a good vibe although the staff there didn’t seem to speak much English (other than to take your order) & the pool guy on our stay was particularly serious (not sure if this was from a lack of English or other!).

The room is beautiful. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great place to hang out right next to the bar.

I would give this hotel a better score if it wasn't for the parking. They had rotary parking but only for sedans, so we ended up always struggling to park on the street next to the hotel. We are just very glad that the attendants were always readily available outside to assist us in parking. On another note, they only had rainfall shower. It was a struggle to shower if I didn't want to wash my hair.

Love the room and cleanliness, love the facilities and the staff they were all very nice they were always smiling. Also love that there's a cafe at the Ground floor we didnt have to go out to get coffee.

The pool is situated in the middle of seats where guests are drinking, not all women are comfortable swimming with so many people around, it was awkward so we decided not to swim during our 2 night stay The noise from the 17th floor reaches 7th floor on a Saturday night which is quite understandable but I was awaken twice I think at 1am and again at 3:30am because of the noise. I hope tbe hotel management can control the noise or crowd a little since some people wants relaxatiion, peace and quiet.
