A lovely, new hotel comprising the top 9th floor. Very clean, very quiet. Wonderful staff. Nice breakfast. I extended my stay as I felt well. I did receive a free upgrade, which made my stay even better. A most amazing view from the breakfast room, seeing all of Kutaisi City and the snow covered mountains at the far away northern border. Several supermarkets nearby, reasonable restaurants in 600-1200 m distance. In terms of 'value for money' Panoramic is perfect. I rarely give 10 points. Panoramic and their staff deserve it. It feels almost like 5-star hotel, albeit, the rooms are smaller of course.

Ask for a 'real' coffee if you like coffee! Their instant coffee is bad. A minor issues and I tend to travel with my own green tea. There is a nice kettle in the room.

Panoramic is not just the name of the hotel, it is a reality; every part of it is panoramic starting from the elevator, the room, balcony & the restaurant. The hotel is in the 9th floor so you can enjoy an amazing view of kutaisi city. From my room I can see the cathedral, telefrik, mountain, river, white bridge and most other attractions. The restaurant has also amazing panoramic view to the mountains and city and serving tasty food and good breakfast. The hotel is new so all facilities are new as if not touched before. Bed is comfy, room is capacious, bathroom is big and has washlet. Wifi was excellent with strong signal. It is spotlessly clean. Air conditioner was excellent and silent. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel for everything especially his welcoming, nice smile, taking care of all details about our stay, he helped us several times by himself. Car parking is available on site. Hotel is close to most of city attractions just few minutes by car. Market is in the 1st floor of the same building.

No swimming pool & no Game room No iron and iron board in the rooms but it might be available on request

General manager Bakari personally showed me to my small but smart room (with terrace!). He is obviously proud of his new property and he looks after every detail. Hotel Panoramic is located on the top floor of an apartment tower close to the railway station. The restaurant has sweeping views of Kutaisi. In the distance, the Bagrati Cathedral framed by majestic snow-peaked mountains looks back at you. Breakfast is simple but satisfying—flavourful tomatoes and cucumbers, an assortment of Georgian cheeses and pastry. The barman makes a mean Americano. It’s just a short 10-minute stroll into town. Make sure to check out local restaurants Story, Lilestan and Fleur. Corner café Sanimusho is a friendly spot popular with backpackers.

My Bolt driver had trouble finding the place. Confusingly, there's another hotel named Panorama. This place is called Panoramic, just off Tamar Mepe Street, near the railway station. Look up to spot the hotel sign—you can’t miss it.

The room was spacious and very clean, the view from the balcony was over the entire city. They have a few parking spots at the entrance, it was enough all the while we were there and could easily get a parking. It's quiet in the room, so we slept well. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had various choices and was fresh. It's close to the center and the famous bridge.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, they put some perfume to cover it up. Only instant coffee included but we later learned you can order normal coffee.

There was air conditioning. There were toiletries in the bathroom. It was clean and quiet. Good view from the balcony and the rooftop bar where breakfast is. It’s also a good location.

The WiFi was terrible. Kept going between one bar and none. I was right at the end of the corridor so that’s probably why. I could only use data on my phone and couldn’t use my laptop. I was only here one night though.

The rooms were top notch for the price. The bar and restaurant is amazing, probably the best in town. (The claypot beans are a must try). The staff were extremely nice and helpful to cater to all our needs. The reception desk and the manager are very helpful with the check in and details. Last but not the least the staff at the bar and restaurant ( Giorgi and Martha) in particular were super amazing to serve and help us with anything we needed. The toilets have jets. The balconies give a nice view of the old railway. Connectivity to all viewing sites is easy. People in this city are warm and speak very good english. It is the preferred hotel if you want to use as a hub to go around georgia.

The lockers and safes are a bit tough to use

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the stay was very comfortable and the hotel was nice in general. But what made the stay outstanding is Marta and the amazing staff there. They were all very cheerful, friendly, professional and went was beyond their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant on the 9th floor was very causy and nice, and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel, and if you will be lucky enough, you would be assisted by Marta who is just amazing!

Like so often in hotels, bad noise insulation at the entrance door. You can hear people talking, coming and going in the hall like they would be sitting next to you. Not terrible, but definitely not good.

Very friendly staff Beautifully decorated room with a lovely balcony and view of the city. Super clean bathroom, the tiles gleamed they were so clean Absolutely stunning views of the city from the restaurant. Delicious traditional meals, we had breakfast and dinner there the 3 nights we stayed because it was so good. Excellent location The lobby is on the ground floor and the rooms are all on the 9th floor

The hotel was excellent and one of the best we have stayed in. The location was good as it was close to the city center and within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the city and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay and was also large and spacious. The linen was changed regularly and the room was cleaned every day. What made our stay exceptional was the staff, nothing was too much and they went out of their way to help us. A big thank you to Mayia, Vikka and Saba. We will definitely be staying again.
