Location is very good. Close to town centre and good spot for trips to Riva, Bergamo, Verona etc. Nice pool with lifeguard. Clean apartment. Parking space available just outside. Handy system for keys collection.

For that money there should be iron and hairdryer available. We've got hairdryer only when we asked. Ladies always bring dresses for holiday etc. Also no garden umbrella (stand is there) which costs 5e/day to rent. This umbrella could be used by the pool what normally people were doing as it's hard to stay in open sun. Very slow WiFi (room 213), many times not even connecting. I understand there are many people using it, especially in the evening but again, for that money it should work no problem. Someone checked that and we're only told it worked fine. Kitchen could be equipped better with kitchen towels, bin bags, salt, pepper, more tablets for dishwasher and washing machine (only one at start) so basically you need to make full shopping for your stay.

Location is good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. In a quiet residential area, so there are no supermarkets within walking distance, or at least we couldn't find any, they are about a 5 minute car journey away. Apartments seem to be recently renovated and are very nice, and include all mod cons, including a dishwasher and a washing machine!

Published office hours did not reflect actual office hours, so it was sometimes difficult to speak to anyone in the reception, though sending a message via booking.com usually elicited a quick response. There is no shade at the pool, though you can rent umbrellas from reception, but get there before 12 or after 15.30 as reception is otherwise closed.

Modern spacious lovely apartment,paying a little extra for the lake view is a must,the views are fantastic.Nice pool with plenty of loungers.only a 10 minute walk to the lake, any questions or queries we had got answered very quickly by the helpful staff.

All the flowers and greenery on the balcony attracted alot of wasps.

Wi-Fi not great. Walk back from lake is uphill. Toaster & kettle would’ve been nice Towels on sunbeds in the morning but no claiming until gone 1:00. Not fair 🙄

The 3 rooms we got were all recently restored and looked great. The location is just off the main street and town center. 10-15 minutes walk which is ideal. Just 5 minutes walk to the lake. The garden was nice with a swimming pool.

Lovely pool with plenty of space. Nice short walk to the lake and city center. Easy access to the keys. Nice area, felt safe.

The sofa bed was not that comfortable.

the men lifeguard at the pool was very unpleasant, which spoiled an otherwise excellent impression, this is probably the only reason why we will not repeat it

Early check-in without any fee. We had a renovated room, it was very comfortable for 2+2 family. It was very clean in the whole residence. Swimming pool was ok.

Air conditioning was loud.

The apartment was brand new (June 2024). The furniture was clean and the facilities are great

Garbage facilities are a little hard to find
