Stunning location close to the coastal path. Friendly and attentive staff. Spotlessly clean Briliant restaurant food and coffee bar

Excellent and generous hot food breakfast, pastries, and cereals although became a little repetative offering only the same set menu each day and a limited cold buffet (ham and sliced cheese) compared to other hotels that weve stayed in.

Good location , good facilities

Staff are more interested in day visitors than hotel guests. breakfast has a very tight turn around and they start clearing at exactly 9-30 whether you’ve finished or not . We had a awful meal on first night , when we told the waiter how bad it was ( burnt burger, fries so over cooked there was no potato in it) he didn’t even acknowledge there was a issue , the meal cost over £75 for 2 basic meals and one drink each so not cheap . You cannot charge items to your room during your stay which means you constantly have to have your wallet/purse with you even if you are sitting round the pool

Staff very friendly, attentive but not intrusive. Lovely relaxed feel about the hotel. Very clean. Self serve buffet style hot breakfast, fairly good selection of cold alternatives. Cake and dessert in the coffee shop had an amazing and delicious selection. Quiet location (Jerbourg) and cliff path walks on the doorstep. Easy drive to St Peter Port and airport. Good size swimming pool, but we did not use it due to bad weather. Our room, La Joanette, had a good balcony with sea and pool views. The restaurant food was delicious and good portion sizes.

The bathroom looked a little tired and could do with modernisation. We thought the restaurant prices were a little expensive for some of the dishes. No complimentary water in the room, or tissues. The fridge was a little noisy.

The location was great for panoramic views of the other Channel Islands and we could see many tourists/visitors being brought here to see the view. The staff in the bar/coffee shop were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the great selection available for breakfast and the fresh croissants were delicious!

It would have been good to have a supply of drinking water and a couple of glasses or cups. There was a kettle but nothing else unless one requested it. Luckily we had brought our own water containers - it was a hot day.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, they will really make you feel welcome. The view from the hotel is amazing, both from the outside, the restaurant and from the rooms! It's also clear a lot of effort was put into the hotel decor and signage. The dessert bar is a great idea as it's much easier to choose when you can see what everything looks like. The bus route 81 also provides easy access right from the hotel door to the town terminus in St Peter Port.

I don't want to be too negative here as we really enjoyed our stay. However here are a couple of minor things that would make the experience even better: It was a bit difficult to control the temperature of the shower due to the 2 separate taps - after adjusting it would be okay for a few seconds then become too hot or too cold again. The dinner menu was lovely but quite limited which meant we tried to eat out when possible to get more variety. Would have liked to see more "normal" choices e.g. fish and chips, pizza, etc. Highly recommend the burgers though, they were great!

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location near rocky cliffs. The staff were superb and the on site restaurant served some very nice food. Easy transport links to the rest of the island via the bus stop right outside the hotel

The hotel decor was a little bit dated, although everything was clean

The hotel is ideally situated on the coast, with superb sea views, yet is only 20 mins on a regular bus service to the centre of St Peter Port. The facilities are very good, the rooms are well kept and the public areas and grounds immaculately maintained. The staff are a well organised team, who work well together as a friendly group to make a stay here a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The patio and and pool area with it's sea views is a feature of the hotel, but could benefit from different external seating arrangements. The patio has timber 'pub style' tables with parasols and fixed bench seats. These are great for eating outside but not so good for relaxing in the sun. The addition of some external grade easy chairs for guests relaxation in the sun would be a super addition to a lovely hotel feature.

The hotel. Was so beautifully light and airy. A 10 metre walk from the room to the pool. The views are stunning with 270 degree views of the high vantage point on the cliffs of the sea and the island of Herm. Simply beautiful..

Staff were beyond excellent!! Probably the best hotel staff we’ve ever come across in our worldwide travels! Dinner was very good indeed and the sea views were excellent. The hotel absolutely surpassed expectations. The cakes are just amazing in the coffee shop and it was lovely sitting outside in the sunshine with a pot of tea. Oh - The bus even stops right outside!

A great hotel in a wonderful location on the Jerbourg headland. Our room had a view over to Sark and France. The staff were exceptional, they were so friendly and looked after us very well. The hotel is modern, comfortable, has great facilities. The outdoor space is lovely, plenty of picnic tables on the terrace, and an inviting looking pool.
