Everything about this wonderful Hotel was excellent, from the moment we walked in and were welcomed by the front of house staff to the time we checked out and we were made to feel so special throughout our 3 night stay. The breakfasts were exceptional with so much choice and the standard of the food was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant on two nights and would recommend the quality of the food. Thank you La Place, we'll be back

Pretty much everything. Really relaxed hotel - nothing too much trouble. Delightful staff and very attentive to every request. Lovely surroundings and good atmosphere and facilities. Fabulous restaurant. But it’s the staff that make it special whether on reception, Housekeeping, restaurant or management - all are helpful and friendly and go an extra mile.

Great location over from the busier sea front with secluded pool and excellent restaurant with good wine choice. Traditional hotel with modern twist and feel.

Our room was above the entrance so with windows open did get some light traffic noise and conversations of people outside.

My flight was cancelled and I was able to make a booking at very short notice. The stay was brilliant , the staff were fantastic , very welcoming and extremely helpful. The evening meal and breakfast were fab. Thanks so much.

Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful & friendly. Both bar and restaurant menu’s / food amazing. Breakfast menu very varied, something for everyone. Hotel taxi service again brilliant. Best hotel we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.

This has been our go to hotel in Jersey for many years. The staff are so welcoming and go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and the food excellent.

The rooms were comfortable and clean with direct access onto the pool area. The breakfast had a vast selection of options and catered for all tastes. The staff were all very polite and the service was excellent in all areas of the hotel; the bar, restaurant and reception. My wife and I have stayed at the hotel 5 times over the last few years and the level of service has always been first class. It is a shame that the hotel is closing in October and being converted in holiday apartments as we will miss the comfort, food and service that will be very difficult to replicate at another hotel.

I cannot think of a single thing that I would consider to be a negative with this hotel; it really is exceptional.

Everywhere was clean especially our room. There was so much choice for breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we tried to book for dinner but we couldn’t get anything. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at.
