The location was superb and we had a room with a stunning view over St Aubin. The location is also great for the buses (particularly easy connection to the airport), restaurants, bike hire and local walking routes.
An electric fan to cool the air a bit, would have been good. Although there was a large window which we opened completely, the weather was very hot and there was little air movement, so a fan would have been good (but it didn't spoil our stay - we just had some unseasonably hot weather the week we were there).

We enjoyed our time at the Panorama immensely due to the friendly, welcoming and professional staff. The whole building oozes elegance and atmosphere. Our room was well appointed and had the most spectacular view over the bay of St Aubin. St. Aubin is the perfect place to stay, it has plenty of restaurants, some shops and a good bus connection to other parts of the island, but is a bit more quaint and quiet than big sister St Helier, which lies at the other side of the bay. Breakfast was excellent with a menu to choose from and food cooked to order. The quality of the breakfast dishes was superb! The garden was well maintained and there was coffee and tea in the conservatory all day. Communication before and during our stay was also excellent.
Not so much a thing we did not like, but a fair warning that this hotel might not be the best choice if you have mobility issues.

Wonderful place on earth! Anita and Jill are the most welcoming hosts. The hotel has been family-run since 1977 and the atmosphere of hospitality is evident throughout. The breakfast deserves special mention. Every day you can choose from delicious dishes such as English breakfasts in all variations or oatmeal, cereals and freshly squeezed juices. The team also offers specials such as pancakes or avocado toast.
In my room I could hear everything through the wall. I think it was because I had a very exposed room where there was some through traffic. After two days I got used to it and didn't even recognise it anymore.

What a fabulous hotel. Jill, Anita and all the staff were amazing. They are so attentive and nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was amazing with added small touches like home made scones or brownies. A couple of days we were up & out early so they provided sandwiches and organised the taxis. I have to mention the beautiful bathroom. The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit Jersey next. Stunning views over the harbour and St Helier.

The guesthouse is located close to the beach/harbour/a small food store/restaurants (make sure you have dinner at the Boat House, Salty Dog and the Bracewell) and the bus stops, all only a short walk away, but still in a quite area. It has a spectacular view from the sea-side rooms, as well as, from the garden. I enjoyed it every morning by having breakfast either in the garden, at the winterhouse or in the breakfast room. Wherever you have your breakfast - the family and their team make sure you feel very much welcome and taken care for. Such a lot to choose and on top always a little "may I tempt you with..." either a special or an extra. The service and the kindness is outstanding! I loved the family feeling coming with it. The rooms are thoughtfully designed (incl. small fridge-coffee/tea area - even cookies) and the bathroom was modern with bathrobe, slippers and fluid soap of different use/kind, as well as cotton-pads and -swabs. The host-family and their team made my holiday to a very special one, which I am very greatful for. I will definetely come back.

The Panorama is a unique hotel. The building is old but the rooms and facilities are completely up-to-date and it has the most beautiful gardens. Our hostess, Jill, could not have been any more welcoming or accommodating throughout our stay. The whole staff were charming and efficient. The breakfasts in particular were outstanding and the cleanliness of all the public areas was exemplary.
Access for resident guests is either by a steep climb from the sea front to the back of the hotel, or on arrival, by a short but uphill walk to the front door - which was fine so long as you took your time :-)

Everything was excellent! Our room was so comfortable, extremely clean and well appointed with no noise at all from other rooms. There was a sitting area overlooking the bay, comfortable bed, lovely bed linen, large soft bath towels, very hot water, shaving/makeup mirror and a fridge. Each day our room was serviced speedily and efficiently - usually whilst we were at breakfast. Breakfast provided numerous choices and the cooked food was tasty and well presented. All the Panorama team were great.Jill gave us a lovely welcome and ordered a taxi to the airport for our journey home.

Our stay was superb! On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jill who informed us that they had upgraded our room to one with a sea view. They had also noted that I was vegan and had accommodated for that with biscuits and oat milk in the room. The guest house is charming, quaint and very homely. The views are exceptional, the flowers are divine and the eclectic teapot colIection around the house is intriguing. Anita was really friendly and accommodating as well. Breakfast options are vast and the food is delicious. Emma was also kind and helpful. Overall, we appreciated the attention to detail. It felt very personal. We cannot fault the hospitality and will definitely recommend others to stay here. The guest house is truly deserving of its great reviews and ratings. Other likes include: easy access to the property from the front and back, hot drinks and biscuits available all day, modern amenities, a bath tub and the room storage.
The hot water did take some time to heat up both at the sink and in the shower. The landing area outside our room got a little noisy being near the stairs and the landing door. Would have liked a regular-sized ironing board (not a mini one).

Do not be put off with the property listed has a B and B ! First time for me here. This is cleaner than any 4* hotel I’ve stayed in, the breakfast which had so many choices with a suggested special breakfast of the day, again you would only expect in a top hotel. Cleanliness everywhere 5*. The view at breakfast could not be better over St Aubin’s bay. All the breakfast staff were polite, nothing to much trouble. Don’t want to say anymore, they may not have any room the next time I need to stay! 👏👏 to all involved at the Panorama.

Perfect location with spectacular views. Very welcoming family owners and staff. Room was great with large bed, large TV, fridge and safe. En suite bathroom was large with bathrobes, slippers and lovely toiletries. Large rainfall shower. Nothing was to much trouble for the hotel team. Breakfast was amazing, continental followed by a wide selection from a menu, all cooked fresh and to perfection, fresh coffee and daily specials offered and to top it off you ate overlooking the bay, wonderful.
I can't think of anything I would change.
