An excellent apartment with a balcony. Good size rooms with plenty of furniture, the settee was a little uncomfortable, but it had to be practical. .The bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable large bed good pillows, great sheets and a good sized wardrobe complete with a safe. The bathroom was clean with an over bath shower . The towels were good size and great quality, also had two good dressing gowns, complete with slippers. The full size kitchen was complete with all appliances. Good knives, good crockery and cutlery, good selection of kitchen utensils. Free croissants, scones and coffee in the morning at reception was a lovely touch.

Just a few observations that could make the apartment even better. The hot water is dangerously very hot, I burnt my hands a couple of times. The apartment could do with more crockery and glassware, we continually used the dishwasher to replenish these items. The kitchen utensils are of a very substandard quality, not in keeping with the apartment. A small table on the balcony would be a great addition, for alfresco dining and drinks.

Light flooded, spacious and central place with friendly staff. Comfy bed, lots of storage. Nice seating in balcony. Hot on sunny days, but the AC works fine. Basic kitchen equipment to cook simple meals. We used all the appliances (dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine, kettle, roaster) and everything worked perfectly. Lots of attention to details like bathrobes and slippers, 2 tabs for the dishwasher/washer, tee, coffee, sugar, cookies and milk to get started. Scones and croissants downstairs, but we couldn't figure out what time they arrive and how long they last... The balcony apartments on the third floor are high enough to have a nice view and don't face the street, so it's quiet :) the pub across the yard has open air music and dance but shuts down at 10pm. Furniture in parts worn down by use or bad treatment, but well taken care off and spotless clean! Really nice place that could easily be perfect, if few things were added!

Please take reviews in consideration, as everything had been mentioned before; Please update the photos! The apartment only had one tiny sofa, no armchairs and only two chairs instead of the four chairs shown in the description. Please add more cutlery and mugs/basic tableware to use the dishwasher in a more sustainable way. Please add a decent sided pot, i.e. to be able to cook spaghetti. Please add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. A drying rack would be nice as delicates can't go in the dryer.

The location on The Esplanade was ideal. The central bus station was next door, various grocery stores were nearby and it was easy to explore Jersey with this as our base. Staff were always helpful when something was needed - like figuring out how the European clothes washer worked. Enjoyed the Lavazza machine in the lobby, and the morning croissants and scones and the outdoor terrace off the lobby. We were here for 3 weeks, so appreciated weekly cleaning. It was also good to be able to control the temperature in our unit.

We were in an accessible unit. Would have been good if the chairs and sofa had seating a bit higher to make it easier to get up.

We had an apartment with a balcony overlooking the marina and busy waterside. The apartment was bigger than expected and comfortable. There were a range of crockery pans and dishes in the kitchen which were sufficient for cooking meals. The location is central and the bus station below the apartments so there is easy access by public transport to most areas of the island. The receptionionist was very obliging and allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. A supply of coffee/tea are provided and a pint of milk which was very welcome. There is also a coffee machine in reception and we were invited to help ourselves.

The microwave is tucked into a corner of the kitchen and difficult to access. The furniture on the balcony could do with a coat of varnish as it's looking very worn but in saying that, I am being picky.

Unfortunately there is a bar 40 m from the room. It had loud music early evening and in fairness not so loud after about 20.30. It wasn't bad with the windows closed but we wanted to sit on the balcony. This was possible when we liked the music but a drag when we didn't 🤪 I must add the bar didn't seem to open every night but I suspect with the season coming on it will. Suggest asking for a room nearer the office.

Great location over the main bus terminal and round the corner from liberty square and shops. Kitchen excellent and fully equipped and all apartment clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Complimentary pastries and coffee great in the morning. So easy to find the apartment via bus from airport only short drive away and then one minute walk press buzzer and reception on first floor.

Just be aware of diesel petrol fumes if you leave the window open in the apartment as the buses often parked up in the open court yard below and left their engines running

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property felt secure with additional 24hr reception. Fresh scones and croissants supplied daily. Welcome tray with cereals, biscuits and tea/coffee. Carton of Jersey milk in fridge. Tea towel, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets provided. Well-stocked utensils, cutlery etc.

Bathroom fitments (shaving mirror, towel rail, toilet roll ) serviceable but corroded.

Perfect situation above Liberty Bus Station, but very well insulated so not bothered at all by the noise. Short walk into St Helier high street and close to restaurants and bars Apartment bigger than expected. Kitchen well equipped Comfy bed Free breakfast supplies (croissants, jam, butter...) at reception Bathroom fan worked brilliantly Go for the higher floor with a view towards the marina ;)

It would be nice to get some general information on arrival on housekeeping, breakfast supplies at reception (only found out at day 3), recycling (apparently Jersey has no recycling policy), the collection of tins for Durrel Zoo ... The doors slammed very hard, so some door stoppers would have been appreciated. Another towel rail in the bathroom would be good.

Location and view were fabulous. Was central to shops and restaurants... bus station 1 min walk. The balcony was really spacious and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay home away from home.

Bins, towels etc not changed during stay.. really should be when staying for a week. We did ask fir clean towels and got them, but bin was very full. Maintenance work being carried out, frequently having to avoid tools on floor and ladders in corridor. No shade on terrace, unable to use when hot. Wooden floors and furniture were worn quite badly by door. Front door not working with card had to ring buzzer ot it was left on latch.

Location was fabulous and next to the central bus station on the island so you could get anywhere (all the major a reactions!) Beds are comfortable, apartment amenities were terrific with a washer/dryer combo (rare & nice to have) dishwasher, fridge, full stove with oven and toaster, water kettle, dishes and pots, pans and utensils.

Not that I didn’t like it, it would be good to know they supplies some items (toilet paper, paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablets, no laundry detergent but you can either bring it with you (I did as I already needed it for another property I rented on this trip) or you can buy it from the store (nearby) or the front desk.
