was a little far out of the town centre than we had expected

All the food at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast was part self-service and part a hot food order. The hotel offered some great evening meals, at similar prices to an English hotel but of better quality. Service was efficient and friendly.

Nothing really - the coffee machines were a bit slow at busy times - but that’s a very minor point. Room cleaning was excellent with the room often cleaned while we breakfasted. Used towels were replaced daily and the place generally has the feel of a 5 star hotel.

Great hotel daily service of the room with fresh linen and towels, tea, coffee milk etc. Breakfast was buffet style with everything you could wish for from cereals to cooked food. Some cooked food could be made to order on request. Lots of healthy options of fresh fruit, seeds, nuts to suit everyone's palate. As guests we had use of the swimming pool facilities with steam room, sauna, hot and cold plunge pools as well as the 15metre pool and bubble pool. We were supplied with robes, slippers and towels for this. The hotel had a quiet atmosphere even though it was busy. The busiest time was breakfast time but 2 dining rooms were set up to accommodate this and it all ran smoothly without feeling rushed. All the hotel staff were very pleasant and always happy to help.

The hotel is located about 1km or so from St. Helier so quite a walk to get anywhere. The walk back was uphill as the hotel approach is elevated. The hotel run a courtesy bus to and from town at set times of the day. The Liberty public buses from the bus station came in handy to be dropped at the hotel road entrance.

Room was smallish but it was a single room, unfortunately with no visibility from windows (window panes had covering over obviously for privacy and due to location of room) Breakfast was excellent with enormous choices and very helpful staff in the dining room. Spa facilities were excellent also, spacious and variety of pools available. Had SPA treatment which though expensive was also excellent.

The dining/dinner menu, albeit there was a ‘Simpler Menu’ but overall the dinner menu would not suit the Average pallet, perhaps a little bit ‘fancy’ considering the Hotel does not have a dress code any more in the din8ng room of an evening.

The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was standard. Restaurant was ok.

Parking is an issue. One of the restaurant managers was awful. When the 6 if us arrived at 7.30am after getting up st 2am it would have been nice to have a complimentary coffee. No, £25 for 6 coffee's and 6 tiny pastries. We spent hundreds of pounds in food and alcohol during our stay. The same dining room manager denied my wife a starter for the menu because it was part of the fixed menu when she didn't like anything from the main menu. We had difficulty getting out of the car park even after we had paid £19.90 for one night.

Spa is absolutely stunning, the bed was very comfortable and we had a pleasant view from our window! All in all it was a nice stay and good value, the staff were really lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Dining options could be improved, it would be nice to have table service for the coffee at breakfast, and the hotel should serve drinks in the lovely lounge area near reception, as we would have stayed up for a night cap but the bar felt more like a cafe and not the right vibe

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. There’s a really nice bar, restaurant and spa. The staff were exceptional. Extremely professional, friendly and attentive. A particular shout out to Francis who went above and beyond. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk into town and they also have a shuttle bus which runs in and out. Breakfast was delicious and there are a wide range of choices, including cooked breakfast, continental breakfast and items cooked on request. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The tea and coffee were topped up daily.

The weather was warm so room was hot. The fan was OK but quite noisy and blinds rattled at open window, which was annoying. It rained during the night and as we were in the attic rooms the noise of the rain hitting the roof was really loud. I would definitely make sure I wasn't in one of them again. Only other thing was the shower over the bath. We would have preferred a walk in shower. This is a personal preference but again, it should be clearer on website what the set up is.

The restaurant has a very relaxing ambience, there was a wide selection of foods. The staff were very pleasant and willing to help. Our room was quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The staff who cleaned & tidied the room daily did a very good job!

The only grumble we had was that we had a room at the back,with a view of a corrugated. metal roo!! We stayed here once before with a lovely room at the front with a view across St Helier, which was much better. But that's a small point really.

Very comfortable room, attentive and responsive staff (see below), food was of good quality.

The room we were originally allocated was extremely warm when we arrived due to being at the sunnier front of the hotel during a particularly warm spell. When we asked if we could move to a room which was cooler this was quickly arranged and a fridge was also provided for my wife to keep her medications which needed to be kept cool. As indicated above, this potential negative was quickly turned into a positive due to actions of the very attentive staff.
