Our room had obviously recently been upgraded, everything looked lovely, en suite was excellent bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, great choices on offer, no rush, great efficient and friendly staff. The balcony was a bonus, we sat in the sun with a nice wine before dinner each evening. Would recommend.

A little far out from St Helier, one walk down and up per day was enough, however, great bus service with bus stop right outside the door.

Front of house staff very friendly, and breakfasts were great

The male working in breakfast check in speaks to the staff in a derogatory manner in front of guests, which was uncomfortable to see, they were working very hard and he was nit picking and talking down to them.

The location is very good. Across the road from a great sandy beach. Near to a tidal swimming pool. Bus stop right outside hotel. Get a bus into town or a 15 minute walk. A good sized swimming pool. An outside terrace with sea views for drinks. Friendly helpful staff. A good breakfast buffet. Plenty of staff keeping tables clear and food/ drinks replenished. It was very busy when we stayed.

Nothing major to dislike as we would stay again. A bit disappointed that the water in the jacuzzi was chilly when it should be warm. Ladies changing rooom smelt like a public toilet. Would suggest taking your own toiletries as product provided in bathroom was a very basic one in TORK containers usually seen in public toilets.

The breakfast was lovely, good selection. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was really helpful to be able to store our luggage on arrival as we had a very early flight

Our room was quite warm. However, when we opened the window, it was quite noisy. There was some sort of equipment outside on the roof- air conditioning or heating maybe - and this was loud.

The location was excellent. Beach and great pub just across the road and a 20 minute walk to King St. Either back street or quicker through the tunnel. The restaurant food was excellent. Worth going to if you are not staying there. Kudos to the chefs. And bar staff were the friendliest people with smiles on their faces. Rodney behind the bar was exceptional. Also plenty to eat for breakfast. Jersey is such a great place to visit.

Depending on your room may have a lot of walking and some stairs. Hot start to summer made the rooms quite hot as no AC.

Really good location, close to beach ( nice one directly opposite, one just to the right... another lovely beach with lido sea pool area). Short walk to St Helier ( 20 to 30 mins depending on walking speed), or a regular bus service Double skyview room so the only window is a very large skylight above your bed, air conditioning and the skylight would open if you wanted. Modern room. Clean comfortable double room, double bed area, small area with 1 chair, very small table with tea coffee kettle etc ( reasonable stocked every day). Hanging space with plenty of clothes hangers. Safe for valuables. Hairdryer. Towels and toiletries Staff were all lovely Food excellent, our booking included breakfast ( or I think you can buy breakfast on days you require). The breakfast choice was fantastic, tea, coffee juices, continental or cooked breakfast, cereals , lots of choice of various fruits and nuts, yoghurts. We also had menu based evening meal a few times ... fabulous chef generous portions (I think people half board had a buffet menu choice in restaurant area) Bar and restaurant area, some settee seating near the bar Small hotel Pool, Jacuzzi and sauna area, whenever I used this area it was very quiet, usually had the small jacuzzi to myself

No hair conditioner as part of the toiletries included ( shampoo /body wash in shower, liquid soap and body lotion were included, but I'm glad I brought some hair conditioner myself

Location great across the road from the beach & 10 min bus ride into St Helier if you don’t want to walk.

No air conditioning. The fan wasn’t very good and the room was above a flat roof where builders were working so couldn’t have the window open it was noisy and really hot.

Great friendly staff, lovely food, hot and cold food was lovely, plenty for all, and staff willing to help if you needed anything. The location was great, 15 minutes walk into town centre or 5 minutes bus, which you can catch right outside. the beach is minutes away, with lovely clean sand and a lovely clear sea. Also, it's not that busy. pool was good, just a little dark. rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The bed was comfortable and big made up of two large singles, but you don't notice the join. Separate toilet and bathroom both could do with an update. However, both are very clean. Bar and restaurant were great, and you can always sit out in the terrace area if it's nice. The price for food and drink is reasonable. Overall, it was a great hotel.

hotel is showing its age, rooms have been decorated, but carpet and floorboards need attention, a little creaky when walking around and you can hear it from room above. The bathroom and toilet could do with updating The stairwells smell musty and damp. Lighting in the pool area could be brighter. With breakfast and dinner, could do with a sign to say what things are.

The property also includes a swimming pool and jacuzzi. I have to give a SPECIAL mention to Jerrick and his wife who were constantly on duty both day and night and very helpful. Breakfast hasn’t changed since how many decades ago and offers the best breakfast you can imagine with a variety of fresh fruit, quality sausages and crispyish bacon, ample of it.

Nothing to be fair. Easy access to the centre of St Helier although the car park is an issue if you’re not driving a Jersey sized car and limited space, so get there early.

Beachfront not too far from amenities good bar and delicious pepperoni pizza.

Had a do not disturb sign on the door for a reason but staff decided to knock on and let themselves in when we was in bed. Then asked if we needed any towels I find this very strange considering it was the morning after and the sign was put on there so we aren't disturbed. Also on the last day sign on the door again and we paid for late check out yet again staff knocked on them decided to let themselves in again! If a sign is on the door don't knock don't come in it shouldn't be happening. Based on this it has put me off staying again. Also bathroom door not cleaned wiped it all down myself as I could see marks all over it.
