Greeting on arrival was so impressive, breakfast superb, Bohemia restaurant - incredible, Spa - average, outside pool lovely although not heated, rooms excellent and showers amazing!!! Perfect location!

It’s minor detail, because it all was truly superb. If I were to change anything - the Spa could be upgraded somewhat, the pool is not warm enough for a Spa temperature, but not large enough for exercise if not. Outdoor pool was not used I noticed by many as it is not heated - a bit of heating would have made it perfect.

Everything! This hotel and its team saved our holiday after a bad 2 days in another hotel! Location bang in town but a quiet street, perfectly secluded! The staff from the minute we arrived to the minute we left were nothing short of 1st class. They made the stay for us, an absolute example of how to offer hospitality!! Pools lovely, bar very cosy and special, spa just fine. Lovely outdoor terrace and the gin honesty bar and breakfast room lovely. Honestly it’s just a 1st class experience. Our children have it 20* 😂😂

There really was nothing to dislike. The outside pool could maybe benefit from a spruce up and the bathrooms are quite small, I’d get rid of the baths and have a luxurious walk in shower. This being fussy or maybe constructive because honestly they are smashing it!

breakfast, staff, food, facilities, cleanness, location were all excellent for the price. Good location - port only 5 mins drive and centre of town is 5-10min walk.

Bathroom door had warped slightly in all our guest's bathrooms. One of our party had a missing a plug for the bath but quickly given one and another the wardrobe door was broken (wouldn't slide).

I arrived very early in the day and my room was not yet available as check in was 3 o'clock. I left my luggage with reception while I explored the town of St Helier and came back later in the day to complete check in and was pleasantly surprised when I asked about my luggage that it had been placed in my suite. On my day of departure I was on an evening flight and my checkout was 12 o'clock, reception looked after my luggage during the day while I was out exploring the Island. The breakfast team were polite and welcoming and whenever I was in the lounge the staff would ask me if I needed anything.

breakfast - freshly cooked and good selection room - spotless. towels changed even when not requested. spa - only used the pool, but was good. Staff - excellent, very accommodating, polite

Location of hotel wasn't as close to the main square as I would have liked - Didn't like walking through the tunnel. I know we could have walked around, but that was a longer walk. Although the hotel was close to the town, the town & indoor market at St Helier weren't the tourist attractions as I expected - just a 'normal' indoor market, and just the usual High Street shops, as well as empty shops.

Staff welcome on check in was amazing. Staff just generally excellent. Good facilities on offer.

Our bathroom door wouldn’t close and wasn’t fixed after informing team. To be fair it isn’t an easy fix. The marble above cistern hadn’t been fixed back in place and cracks around edges. Breakfast wasn’t amazing despite basic cost being pretty high and then add ons for hot food additional cost. The feather pillows collapsed after a couple of hours.

Staff exceptional, especially thanks to Agatha who reallocated us a better room, and Esther in the breakfast room for her smile! Hotel clean, comfy and staff friendly, lovely indoor pool which was very welcome owing to the rubbish weather we took with us!

Nothing springs to mind.

The staff were first class. Barbara welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco and was really lovely. The honesty bar was a lovely touch. Room was spacious and had everything you needed, the best mini bar I have ever seen.

We would have liked to lie down at the spa and maybe read a magazine or get some fresh juice. The 4 beds were occupied with old towels and untidy.

Breakfast was amazing. Spa treatments & the beauty therapist giving the treatment was exceptional Dinner in Bohemia restaurant - tasting menu was out of this world ALL the staff in the WHOLE hotel where second to none & especially the young gentleman that help with sorting a missing case on the first night, what a star!!

Staff were all excellent, facilities very good especially the Spa, room was perfect and the food and bar also very good.

If I have to be picky then the Air Con in our room (302) was set to high, pillows were too squashy, the outdoor pool was freezing and ramp up to car park a bit tight.
