I cannot express how amazing this apartment was and how incredible the hosts are! They went above and beyond! This was an emotional family trip and it was made so much easier by these wonderful people! The flat was equipped with a high chair, cot and baby bath! They left us some milk! It was spotless and the location is perfect! I would actually like to know where the beds and bedding is from as I need to buy them for myself! I’ve not slept that well in years! Thankyou so much for a perfect stay! We cannot wait to come back!

The location was excellent everything you could possibly want to see / visit / eat / drink a matter of minutes on foot.

I would suggest that the apartment would benefit from having hooks to hang outdoor coats on to keep them seperate from clothes in the cupboard - perhaps in the apartment entry hall if available. For economical use of the large dishwasher provided for two people it would be good to have perhaps six place settings so that two people could create a full dishwasher load once a day rather than either doing small loads or having to handwash - using the dishwasher is usually more efficient, cleaner and definatly time-saving!

Stayed in apartment with wall bed. Super king bed in bedroom was very comfy. Place is Very clean. A lift to 4 floors. Staff couldn’t do enough for us - very knowledgeable. Apartment spacious and well equipped. Great location (use steps opposite to drop you opposite Liberation Square) and so handy for buses and restaurants. There is literally everything you need here; toiletries, bin bags, wash up liquid, cloths etc. dishwasher (though we didn’t use. Washer/dryer and a clothes airer. Fans and plenty of storage and pillows. Corner shop at end of road.

It is on a hill, albeit at the bottom of a steeper hill so may be challenging for those with mobility issues but otherwise a nice leg stretch. Our apartment was at the back so the view is a rock face and flats. Not an issue for us but if a view is important it’s best to mention this when booking.

The staff was the best: helpful, friendly, and genuinely nice. The room was very practical and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location is excellent (near public transit, shops and services, restaurants, attractions ...).

Nothing really except perhaps the internet, which wasn't as reliable as we would have liked it to be. The issue should be fixed in the near future, we were told.

I stayed here last Friday with a friend and had an excellent experience. Check-in was seamless—just a quick phone call to a number promptly answered by Michaela Martina, who was incredibly friendly and informative. The apartment was lovely, with a nice, clean setup and thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge. In the morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Martina in person. She was just as happy, bubbly, and helpful as she had been over the phone. The combination of a great apartment and fantastic service means I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our apartment was beautifully finished and had everything a family could possibly need - it felt like home. It was super central to town, the beaches, museum and eateries. I would definitely stay again and will highly recommend it to friends and family wishing to visit Jersey. The highlight of our stay however, was the exceptional customer service and kindness extended to us by both Amanda and Martina. Me and my sons (aged 3 and 4) weren’t left wanting for anything and by the end of the trip my two boys were sad to be leaving not just our gorgeous apartment but their new friends - Amanda and Martina - who always made time for them and left them feeling super special after every interaction. Thank you so much to the both of you for going over and above for us and for making my first trip abroad alone with the boys as stress-free and easy as it could possibly have been. We are missing our SACO home already!

Very central. Bus station 5 mins walk. Bus service to airport (approx 30 mins) and other locations on the island. Check in simple with instructions for door code and safe to pick up room key. Very clean and all amenities albeit we didn't utilise them all (cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc) Green ethos and bags provided for separating recycling

The apartment was spacious and very well maintained. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely shower room made us feel very much at home. It was also great to have individual control of the heaters, something that is rarely available in most properties.

It was extremely difficult to connect to the WiFi system and the connection continuously cut (when we managed to connect). In the end we were obliged to use our 4G connection for internet access.

Everything. The best apartment we've ever stayed in in Jersey ( we've stayed lots over the year). Room nice and big, well organised and large bed a bonus. Amanda and I think Martina( sorry if I have your name wrong) above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome. We will be coming back . Thankyou for having us

Everything was perfect

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and they provided beautiful roses on arrival. It was spacious and very comfortable for our extended stay. Walking distance to the bus station and convenient to the town centre and beyond.
