Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem as a leg on a bed broke and they moved us to another room within minutes. The hotel is close to beaches and a short walk from St Helier with buses to all parts of the Island. Food was very good and the hotel is run very professionally.

Great location about 10-15 minutes walk into the centre of St Helier. Friendly staff and the room was comfy and clean. Some street parking and a car park close by. Only a short walk down the road to Havre des Pas for a swim. Some lovely local restaurants nearby if you don't want to go into town.

Our room was on the ground floor at the front which meant you couldn't have the window open if people were smoking or talking loudly right outside.

My and my mam loved our stay at the Runneymede. My mam worked here in 1984 and it was fun for my mam to stay here. Really lovely hotel. The restaurant food was very good value for money and the room was a great size and very comfortable. It was really close to the beach and the Lido and short walking distance into the centre of St helier.

Some of the staff members were a little rude. A lady on reception came across like she didn't want to be there and when we checked out there was no 'i hope you enjoyed your stay' or anything. Just said 'theres no bill' she also wasn't particularly friendly or helpful during our stay. One of the waiters in the restaurant was also quite rude. My mam is a coeliac and was trying to ask if the fried potatoes had been fried in oil with anything else that contained gluten. He said very rudely 'they're fried potatoes' without allowing her to finish and walked off and angrily said something in the kitchen (in another language). Which made us feel like he was having a go about us which made us feel quite uncomfortable.

The managers, Gill and Fernando, and their staff were excellent. They were friendly and couldn't do enough to help their guests. Good sized, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Dinner was available in the evenings and we enjoyed our 3 dinners there. A lot of nice restaurants close by. Lovely garden with table settings and sun loungers for guests Walking distance to town centre and good bus link at bottom of street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Could be a little noisy sometimes as close to main road. Being an old building, the plumbing could be noisy Beds were a bit soft.

A short walk from the bus station to the hotel for anyone who is reasonably fit,and a short walk to the lovely beach and lido from the hotel. We were more than happy with the hotel and our room was clean and comfortable, all the staff were knolledgeable and happy to help with any questions we had. Breakfast was from 8am-09.30 and there was a good choice,Although we ate out most evenings the restaurant was full most nights and seemed popular with the guests. The only fault i could find was it didnt serve Sunday lunches, and if you arrived on a Saturday as we did it makes finding somewhere to eat at short notice a tad difficult. If you are arriving on a Saturday or Sunday do your homework and book yourself a table locally if you can.The White Horse pub and restaurant 15 minutes walk away managed to fit us in and the food was plentiful and tasty. My wife and i enjoyed our stay at the Runnymede Court Hotel and if we decide on another visit would not esitate to book again.

The walk to the hotel through the road tunnel was a right pain, and if you have any fitness or breathing problems i wouldnt reccomend trying it,get yourself a cab. After a couple of days finding our way around we found far better and more interesting routes to take.

Location with easy access to all amenities and tourist attractions, i.e., the beach, was in close proximity, almost a stone throw away. Public transport was also easily accessible from the hotel. All the staff at Runnymede Court Hotel were very professional, polite, friendly, helpful, and accommodating since we had an infant with us. The food was exceptionally brilliant, and the chef was professional and tentive to the demands of visitors. The food service was smooth and flawless. Overall, it is a beautifully run service. Thank you all very much.

The early morning and early night noises from the traffic due to busy roads. However, I understand this is necessary for the much needed deliveries, workmen's vans, and other transport vehicles on these main roads. The lift was broken, making it harder to get up and down with the baby and the laguage.

The room was generously sized and provided a comfortable space to relax. I appreciated the abundant natural light from the multiple windows and found the USB power outlets to be extremely convenient. The hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to the city center while still being within a reasonable distance for finding free parking (if you bought a parking disk from the city hall in advance). The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel was a bit pricey, it's understandable given the location (and the fact that it is on Jersey). The room's unique shape required a bit of caution to avoid bumping into furniture and wall edges. While not a major issue for those who spend minimal time in their room, some of the furnishings could benefit from refurbishment.

Very centrally located. Fab big room for 3 of us! Funny little ensuite but it sufficed perfectly well. Staff very nice, especially blonde girl working at reception who was very helpful indeed. A decent buffet breakfast was provided! Good tea & coffee making facilities in room.

I had specifically asked about the location of the room in the building as I have mobility issues and my mother is elderly. However, the lift was out of order when we arrived on Friday and we were advised at that time there was no means of arranging an engineer until the following Monday. We were only staying for the weekend and therefore the lack of a lift wasn’t ideal. Perhaps a contingency plan could be arranged for such eventualities occurring.

The hotel is in a great location, short walk from the ferry terminal, the centre of St Helier and the beach with a lido. The hotel staff were very good, particularly the managers, Fernando and Gill - so friendly and helpful, we were lucky to have fabulous weather so the room was a little warm but everything was very clean and the breakfast was very good - hot food was hot, great selection of full English or continental and lovely helpful staff - great value, great location and great management.

No aircon so the room was warm but every effort was made with a fan to make it as comfy as possible
