Wonderful room with panoramic views of the beautiful St Brelade’s Bay. Other restaurants available on the seafront. Hotel staff were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. Really ‘old school’ quality hotel service. Both indoor and stunning outdoor swimming pool. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had in a long time.

Although the hotel is on a bus route either into St Helier or towards Corbière, you need to quickly get savvy with the bus timetables because if you miss one you will have a significant wait. You can, of course, use taxis but generally the island bus service is very good, comprehensive, and runs on time. If fit, you can take a steep walk up the hill to Waitrose or Red House area (~15/20 mins steep walk) to pick up other bus services. On return you can walk back via the Park Estate via a footpath and steep steps into the beautifully maintained Sir Winston Churchill Park.

Lovely room with comfortable beds. Tea, coffee and water provided and refreshed during our stay. Great powerful hot shower with lovely products. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful with the buffet and ordering off the menu. Bar had a good selection of drinks. Staff were friendly and efficient. Health club was lovely, nice pool, steam room and jacuzzi.

Two things slightly affected our stay; 1) On the Saturday evening they had entertainment in the bar- the music itself was great but we could still hear this in our room when we went to bed. It went on until 11pm which, I think in the summer season would be fine but was a bit late, especially considering you could hear it in our room. 2) When I recieved the bill a 10% gratuity had been added for bar drinks which I didn't understand and had not been explained to us in the bar. This feels unreasonable; prices in the bar menu should be the prices you pay. After I asked for it, it was removed from the bill but I thought this was a bit unfair to charge on top of the price in the menu.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that you instantly feel you are staying somewhere special. Also the staff are so attentive and naturally friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. We stayed a week on half board basis and had some wonderful meals in a lovely dining room which has the most fantastic view of the bay.

I was too short (5ft 1inch) to reach the hangers in the wardrobe luckily my husband could reach them for me but I should imagine it would cause you a problem if you were on your own a little thing I know but it was frustrating.

Location on the stunning beach was stunning along with the breakfast being either buffet style or menu. Either were very good. Bus stops right our side hotel and there are two or three excellent restaurants on the beach if you fancy a change. We didn't eat dinner in the Hotel as we believe in enjoying the location we visit...

Was disappointed that some adults and their children were allowed into the dining room in their night clothes or dressing gown. Reception confirmed that shouldn't happen but it does. This isn't Butlins and the Italian Head Waiter should have done something about that - perhaps hang a sign with the dress code, but certainly not admit them....

Beautiful location, best bay in Jersey. I had a sun lounger on my balcony which meant I could sunbath there. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. I was first down to have it so could possibly get annoying with people in the self serve room but you can order fresh cooked things from the kitchen.

My single room was very small and there is no air con. This didn’t matter for the temperature it was when I stayed but at least a fan should be in every room as standard. I had to ask for more coffee for my room. Only one bag on arrival not great. This is a very expensive hotel. I think they all are in this bay. Nice for a treat but weigh them all up before you book a long stay.

Location was great. Breakfast was lovely

They didn't acknowledge our anniversary and they knew about it. Kept sending me packages to purchase. Would have been nice to have a card in the room or even someone to acknowledge we stayed during our anniversary. Stayed at the Atlantic hotel for our last anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade and 2 free drinks at the bar. (Didn't expect an upgrade, booked the sea view balcony anyway) But would have been nice for someone to acknowledge it.

Beautiful hotel with so many unique parts to it! Immaculately clean, a very comfortable sleep and beautiful throughout. The seaview from our room was stunning! The facilities are brilliant such as the outdoor pool and spa area. Breakfast was excellent every day!

Air con would be a massive addition to make the stay even more comfortable... But I understand it's a very old building. We were given a fan for the room which helped though and the staff couldn't do enough. Also a mini fridge in the room would be an added bonus just for cold drinks etc.

Beautiful quiet and scenic situation.The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and most of all the bed was really comfortable.Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel was equally delicious with a very relaxed atmosphere.Excellent music in the bar area on Sunday night.We particularly loved the heated outdoor pool and beautiful gardens as well as the proximity to the gorgeous beach.

Very little to be critical about -maybe blender taps in bathrooms as hot water too hot for hand washing.A small fridge would have been a nice extra too. However our only regret was that we hadn’t booked a few extra nights.

The hotel is overlooking the bay in a perfect position close to the beautiful beach and other amenities in St Brelades bay. It’s very comfortable in every area…..rooms, lounge, restaurant and bar area. The swimming pool and pool bar are excellent too. The main reason this hotel is so perfect…..the staff! Every member of staff from the minute you check in is polite, friendly and they desperately want you to have everything you need to be happy. Thank you, we really appreciated everything you did for us!

Nothing, it was wonderful.

All the food was excellent and the staff where all exceptional kind and friendly, the breakfast choice was fantastic with lots to choose from. The views from our room looking at over the sea was lovely. And the swimming facilities where great.

Nothing really just the scaffolding that's round the hotel didn't look the best but improvement needs to be made to improve the hotel. The beds where not the most comfortable and pillows to thick but its personal choice.
