We love this Hotel, everything about it screams excellence, but their greatest asset is their staff. From the cleaners to the Managers, and absolutely everyone in between are Top Class. This was our third time of staying with the Atlantic, and we will definitely be back, possibly this year again. The photo attached is the view from our room!! Stunning!!

Everything!!! Really a luxury hotel with amazing staff. Very clean, location is probably the best on the island, pool was fantastic. It was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

The Atlantic hotel is in a beautiful location. It has a lovely feel about it and the staff were exceptional, so helpful, friendly and attentive. Staff were extremely happy to help; carrying luggage, providing recommendations and booking lunch/dinner out for us. The general hotel and our room, were spotlessly clean and well looked after. The view over the beach is amazing. Breakfast and the food at the hotel was great, and the staff even allowed us to choose little extras for our baby at breakfast! The hotel provided a travel cot that was clean and easy to use. I also had a massage while staying, which was excellent.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with breathtaking views. It has an incredible sense of luxury and is immaculately presented. The cleanliness is exceptional. The management is incredibly professional and always willing to help. I am extremely impressed by the staff's remarkable ability to exceed expectations, delivering a level of service that absolutely astounds. The head chef and his team are truly remarkable, consistently creating outstanding dishes. I highly recommend hotel the Atlantic. The facilities offered are top-notch, providing guests with a wide range of amenities to enhance their stay. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the hotel, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-maintained grounds. A Charming and Timeless Escape This was my fourth stay at the Atlantic Hotel, and it never disappoints. Despite living on the island, I always find myself drawn back to this beautiful property — this time for a special mother-daughter getaway. The hotel exudes a charming, colonial old-world elegance that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The views over St Ouen’s Bay are simply breathtaking — some of the best on the island. There’s plenty of parking, which makes arriving stress-free, and the staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our mornings were made even better by the excellent breakfast selection — something for every taste, beautifully presented. The Atlantic remains one of my favourite spots for a restful, indulgent staycation.

If we’re being picky, our room didn’t have air conditioning — though a fan was provided and did the job — and it would have been nice to have a smart TV so we could stream our favourite shows in the evening. That said, these were very minor points and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a truly fabulous stay.

We‘ve got a room on the second floor with an incredible see view. It was an upgrade and we absolutely loved it. Make sure to book a room with the see view and not the one overlooking the country yard and the golf club. The location is really great, outside the touristic area, peaceful and quiet. The hotel is a bit old style but the service is really great. We liked the pool and the garden. The parking area around the hotel is free for guests which is a big plus if you travelling with a car.

The steep path to the beach was a challenge, but the beach itself was really beautiful, long, and almost empty. Beach walk was really enjoyable.

The staff are all, without fail, really friendly and helpful. Service levels are exceptional. Try and get an even numbered room - they face the sea. The odd numbers are great, but the view over the golf course from the back is not as good.

Casual food (bar menu and snacks) was great, but more formal dining options were not quite as good as they have been. Taxi prices on Jersey generally are pretty steep, and the buses aren't for everyone.

Breakfast first class Location great

The bathroom was not good - tap heads smooth so difficult to turn off with wet hands. The shower was over a bath, which was difficult to get in and out of for those in our group, who had mobility problems. The shower panel was inadequate so water went on the floor. The food and drinks were expensive and a 10% service charge was added to everything includiing drinks from the bar.

The hotel is in an ideal location with a bus stop at the end of the drive for route 22. Other routes can be accessed with just a 10 minute walk. We have stayed here twice now and had rooms both at the front and the back of the hotel and found both to be very well appointed. The staff are very attentitive to your needs and when we had a problem with our room it was sorted out very quickly. We hired electric bikes directly at the hotel which saved the hassle of pick up and collection at another location.

We have stayed here twice now but on a bed and breakfast basis only because the restaurant is quite expensive. I had a single beefburger with chips in the room on one night which was absolutely delicious but cost over £35.
