Our host, Jo Bryant gave us an exceptionally great time at Lavender Manor, with a 3-tier breakfast that was second to none. My husband ended up writing a "breakfast" poem in the guestbook for "Sourdough Jo" as he had nicknamed her after the fabulous sourdough bread and cookies which she had made - here it is: Sourdough Jo Has Done It Again! "An Ode To Breakfast" Sourdough Jo has done it again, Whipping up delights to entertain. The bread no doubt lends to her name, Each morsel, each bite, has given Jo fame. And two poached eggs, done to perfection, With hollandaise sauce, tick the box of selection. And the mushrooms were great, they were of course brown, There's more to tell, so stick around. The scones, oh my, simply melt in your mouth, You've got to try them if you were ever in doubt. And fresh cream and french jam are sure to delight, You'll be licking your lips after each and every bite. And the waffles you see are from another dimension, Light and fluffy as expected, no doubt - perfection. And let's not forget the yoghurt and muesli, Each spoonful a delight to consume joyfully. So throw away caution and enjoy the aroma, With your favourite stretchy pants, prepare for a coma. You've come this far now it's time to dine, Three tiers, three cheers, to Jo's breakfast divine! Everything was wonderful 😊👍

The communication was excellent. Jo rang prior to our stay to discuss breakfast options as I had told her I was coeliac. She went above and beyond to cater for me and put me at ease and I felt so safe eating there without the worry of gluten contamination. It was a wonderful bed and breakfast experience. Pin code access to the door was handy, also off road parking. Jo was super friendly and lovely.

The bed had several pillows however it would have been good if they were different types to give guests option for their preference. A thinner one would have been more comfortable for us but otherwise the bed was comfortable.

What an incredible place to say, it was perfection in every way. Jo is an incredible, amazing host, so helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed talking with her. The breakfast was perfect, delicious and the fresh homemade scones incredible as were the afternoon tea biscuits. We loved every minute of our stay there, the home is immaculate, beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely be back and we will be letting people know about this awesome place. Thank you Jo for everything, Pete and Carol McKenzie

Could not fault it, it was perfect

The location was perfect to where we were going in the evening. Breakfast was great and just what we needed after our night out. Jo was the perfect host, and nothing is too much for her, we were made to feel very welcome. The added touch of a cheese platter in the afternoon when we were having a drink was a pleasant and very appreciated gesture.

There is nothing we did not like; the place is a perfect spot to base yourself when visiting the area. There was access to many things and plenty of space to spread out if needed.

Jo and Ivan are incredible hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The calm interior made us immediately fall in love with it, and made for a great end to our Australia-wide road trip. Also, did I mention that Jo is an excellent baker? Because her scones and sourdough definitely attest to that! Even more amazing evidence of their generosity, when we woke up to a punctured tire, Ivan immediately jumped in, helped replace the tire, and even offered to help repair it. This was truly unforgettable!

We couldn't convince Jo to come with us for a lifelong supply of fresh awesome scones.

Jo was the most incredible host! She was so kind, and catered to everything we asked for. Her breakfast is to die for her and she bakes some mean cookies as well. The attention to detail at the Lavender Manor was amazing to say the least. Even the towels had little lavenders on them. This BnB felt incredibly homely, it was so beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our 1 year anniversary. If you're going up to Yanchep, or the surrounding areas, this is the location you want to be staying at. We will have to plan another trip to Yanchep for the sole reason of staying here.

Jo is a lovely hostess for the BnB. Her cooking is 10/10, the breakfast provided was scrumptious. The place is clean, linen is fresh, smoke-free home. It is a quiet, serene, tranquil place with all amenities provided for the comfort of our stay. Parking is provided as well, and there is a lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with a book. The beach is just 5 mins down the road and there is a great seaside restaurant/bar there to cater to your wine/dine needs. *Tip: Book the high tea if it's available.

Nothing! I loved everything about this place. It is good value for money and believe me, it will exceed your expectations.

Food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. The property was also beautifully presented. Hostess was extremely thoughtful and close at hand if we needed help. A special touch was the little birthday cake that she cooked for my partner!

I needed to work and would have like a table in our room or a space in the living area to do that. There was a large TV in the living area but the seats were sideways on, so we had to turn our heads .. not so easy as you get older and would have left me with a stiff neck if there had been anything I wanted to watch.

The best BnB I have ever been! Jo is a wonderfull host and her breakfast is absolutely great. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Perfect location to explore the are area, Yanchep National Park and beaches. Lavender Manor BnB is the perfect place. I am looking forward to come back in the future. Thanks for everything Jo.

Everything was perfect

Our Host Jo, was so warm and welcoming even made contact the evening before to make sure there were no special requirements she could provide for us. On arrival she was so attentive and our stay in her Bed and Breakfast was way beyond our expectations.

There was absolutely no part of our stay that my husband or I call make fault. It was by far the best value for money and experience be it private or commercial we have ever experienced. This business was a credit to Jo.
