Very clean and comfortable unit, and we stayed at the end of April so required heating , which was very efficient. Beds were cozy. Just a lovely warm unit.

Couldn't fault anything on our stay

The unit was very clean. Previous reviews suggested it wasn't very good, but I felt like they were judged harshly. We had a comfortable stay.

It's quite close to the main road, but the traffic noise at night wasn't bad.

Only 3 channels for tv ....after a busy day it would of been good to relax and watch a bit of telly....of course this is not necessarily what other people would do

Great place to stay. We visited Hanmer then stayed the night - close to Hanmer and much better value than many of the options in Hanmer, Great Pub Food and Cafe down the road. 2bdm unit great for families or a group

Office was hard to find Shower was hard to get in and out of, had a 200mm step, hard for 70yo with bad hips

Nice to have separate bedroom and settee to sit on in lounge (which also had a single bed so that would be difficult if had a child to sleep while parents watching TV!) Good to have grab rail for shower but needed it as high step into cubicle

Shower was slippery and a big jump down, maybe just a warning sign would help, otherwise great room and facilities.

Liked where it was situated for our work we had to do. Was comfortable and clean.

The shower heads are a tab short for taller lads like us but the pressure was good

The motel was clean,tidy and comfy. Also very quite even though it’s on the main road. The owners very nice people.
