The location is perfect. Walkable to everywhere in town. It was part of an old house. The room was very tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy, the linen was lovely. The bathroom was modern. They supplied towels to take to the hot pools, which was a bonus.

No so much about not liking the accommodation just points to consider. The room is very small for a winter visit. We had two large suitcases due to bringing bulkier clothes and no room to move. There is not seating for relaxing outside of 2 kitchen chairs which are under the TV. More lighting would be lovely. I have eye issues and the lighting was dim, but it was raining which I am sure did not help.

Quiet room in garden setting a short walk to the pools & stores. Off street parking for the motorbike - essential! BBQ to cook a simple meal. Kitchenette in the room with coffee pod machine & toaster & fridge. Silicon/Paraben free shampoo! Quality towels, comfortable bed. Supremely clean. Good shower in renovated bathroom. Everything that matters to us for a great price in this last minute find for a weekend away. Friendly, proactive service - a text sent so we did not have to open the app or emails to access directions or a key to the room.

The room has everything you need if you are wanting to eat out or grab takeaway. It was warm on arrival, easy self check-in, clean and comfortable. There were nice little touches like the milk for tea and coffee, the biscuits, toaster, pod coffee, complimentary towels for the hot pools, makeup wipes and dark makeup flannel. The room is quiet and we didn't hear the other guests at all. The bed was comfortable and the location is brilliant! 3 minute walk to town. We would definitely book here again!

The whole property is surrounded by beautiful old style gardens. The house and huts are older but built beautifully. Our unit was perfect, modern , everything you need including lovely soft white bathroom robes. The outdoor seating and surroundings sounds of native birds is so pleasing to hear. Thank you very much for a lovely 2 day stay. You should be very proud of your investment Emma and Tony.

Privacy, peaceful, quality accommodation, Stunning older English looking gardens.

I was in one of the 2 garden units, which are delightful and so peaceful. A spacious studio unit, with a kitchen area (washing machine included) and large bathroom with a spa bath and separate shower. 5 minutes walk from the main street and the thermal hot pools. The forest walks were just at the end of the street, going the other way, as well.

I mentioned to the owners that it was quite dark when walking back down the driveway, at night. They were going to investigate solar lighting for there.

Fantastic wee cottage.. warm, with complete kitchen. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. ..Self check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. With in walking distance to everything including walking tracks.

Definitely not a dislike, just food for thought.. The bed was a bit too firm. But nothing a topper wouldn't fix. And maybe a wee direction post with little markers showing the direction of each room. One of the guests got a bit lost trying to find number 3 😁 😅

First off, we got a complimentary upgrade which was incredibly kind of Tony & Emma and really started the holiday on a high :) The room we stayed in (a Garden Studio) was incredibly comfortable - really great size, comfy king-sized bed, huge bathroom with spa tub & a little kitchenette. My partner was happy he could watch the rugby/NRL on the TV and that there was a coffee machine. The location was amazing; so close to town and the thermal pools. It had everything we needed for a three-night stay (and more!), thanks. Plenty of parking spaces too on site.

Really close to everything, meaning you can leave the car behind and walk everywhere. Quiet location, bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

The light outside our room couldn't be turned off and was very bright at night, the blinds helped but the room was still quite light.

Me and my husband really enjoyed the motel it was clean had a separate sitting area it was cost warm when we turned up with heat pump on had Netflix and sky we got not fault this motel it deserves top ratings it was quiet and peaceful thank you so much for our stay

Cosy, cute, serene, and warm. Just what we needed! We loved the bathrobes, the corner bath and bath salts, the garden view, the birds singing, the complimentary washing powder and the whole space in general. Thank you :)

Nothing! Would maybe have loved some extra toiletries like ear buds (after the pools), but otherwise everything was great.
