A beautiful, scrupulously clean and well-appointed room equipped with everything we needed including full-size washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which was very useful. The kitchen area had everything you could need too. We enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the pretty landscaped garden with a glass of wine in the afternoon. The location is good too, as it's just a short walk from the centre of the town so no issues with parking at the thermal baths.

At the extremely minor end of the scale, a pod or two of decaf coffee for the machine would have been nice, but really the whole experience was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and feels like home. Every detail has been carefully thought out, and the choice of materials throughout the space is inspiring. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is super comfortable, and the seating area is perfect for relaxing. Towels provided for the hot springs were a thoughtful touch. We stayed over New Year’s Eve, and it was absolutely perfect. Tony was very kind to prepare the room for an early check-in (even though we arrived late), which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Not a negative about the property itself, but some of the kitchen appliances, like the Smeg oven and Nespresso coffee machine, took us a little while to figure out—they look great but aren’t the most intuitive to use. Thankfully, the host provided very thorough instructions, which helped a lot!

We stayed in the ground floor Koru Suite, that was beautifully appointed. Very spacious and modern. Tony greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcomed. Tony also went above and beyond when he contacted us after we left to inform us we had left an item in the room - he very kindly arranged at his own cost for that to be mailed back home to us. Top notch customer service left coupled with the quality of accommodation left us feeling very pleased we chose this option. We highly recommend this property.

Outstanding property from the location to the cleanliness, thoughtfulness of items such as beach towels to take to the thermal springs, robes, heated floors, washer dryer, beautiful clean dishes, everything was PERFECT. I am in the travel industry and extremely particular. This rental was exquisite and. clean. Owner very nice and helpful. Would highly recommend others to stay here if in Hamner Springs.

OMG where to start! We received directions from Tony on how to find the property and how to check in. Once we arrived we felt so lucky to stay in this absolutely amazing accommodation. The kitchen was absolutely perfect with a lot of pots, pans, dishes and all the utensils you need to cook a dinner. The room itself was very spacious with an eye for detail. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was absolutely perfect with a big bathtub, double sink, walk in shower, toilet, and washer and dryer. The location is fantastic as well, close enough to walk to town and very quiet. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

This is being incredible picky but some Christmas decoration would have been wonderful as we stayed there for Christmas Day.

What’s not to say … INCREDIBLE… The Kora suite is such a beautiful 😍 place wish we could have stayed longer. If you are staying in Hanmer Springs this is the number one place to stay. Easy walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and the most comfortable high spec homely accommodation to come back to. If I could score this place more I would. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous property with parking right out the front. Stunning home, walking distance to everything the town has to offer. Luxurious amenities and the very best of everything. Our host, Tony, was friendly, professional, and very helpful in offering suggestions to the best places to see, eat and drink. We could not have chosen a more perfect place. The absolute best!

This was a beautiful large studio with beautiful furnishings..fantastic bathroom with double shower and heated floor..fully equipped kitchen..very comfy bed and very quiet. Couldnt fault it. I would rate this room up there with a Studio at Millbrook Resort so welll done to the owner . If you want something special would recommend. Very handy to everything in Hanmer also.

Loved everything about the accommodation. The suites are set within a beautiful grand house which has a beautiful garden. The suites are of a high standard. Excellent attention to every little detail. Hosts welcoming, good at communicating quickly. Will definitely return to stay in this outstanding luxury accommodation.

The room was perfect, there was a washing machine and dryer, which is ideal for a long trip away, the room was very comfortable with all facilities anyone could need, the room felt private and out of the way with a wonderful view of hamner springs, The room was very luxurious given the price of it
