The cabin was exceptionally clean and tidy, with noticeable recent updates that enhanced its appeal. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for cooking and featured its own heat pump, which was excellent for keeping the space warm and cozy. Our children loved the swing ball set and other playground equipment.

The cabin could benefit from a few additional power points in the bedroom and other areas. It would also be helpful to have an iron and ironing board available. The exterior of the building could use a bit of TLC, as the gardens and lawns felt overgrown. While the initial impression raised concerns about the interior, we were pleasantly surprised to find it in excellent condition inside.

Nice and roomy for two people,( can sleep 4 but couch only fits 2) with two single beds in lounge and queen in bedroom. bedroom nice size, bed comfortable and lovely linen. Full kitchen. Bathroom very clean, lovely hand wash etc. undercover car parking close to chalet. Only stayed one night and didn’t get chance to look around at facilities as weather poor.

No extra blankets other than those on beds. Couch vinyl which I find cold so needed to take blankets off a bed. Room is warm enough with heat pump, though we did use our hot bottles when on the couch as well as blankets off the spare bed.(Raining and snowing outside.) being very picky now but TV could have been a bit bigger and no Sky TV at this place.

We were placed in Villa number 14. We were traveling as a family to celebrate our youngest turn 3 years old, and we loved being placed in that spot. The kids absolutely love the view, and we did, too. The rooms and the entire villa were just perfect for our family of 5. The lovely lady at the reception was so friendly and we really wanted to let her know of her good service and appreciated our short stay.. Definitely will recommend families and friends to come to Greenacres, and also, we will definitely come and stay again the next time we visit.

Very good value for money. Clean and the view is awesome. As soon as we got in the villa the entire place is already warm as the heatpump was already running. Very friendly stuff plus you get to hire a dvd, so much fun for the kids becuase these kids now dont know what it is they were just amaze with it. Not too far from the center and the pools, nice walk to the center , quiet place, safe to walk from the bars or even from the pools at night. We will definitely book again.

outdated bathroom sink with a separate hold and cold water,( just used a cup when brushing) other than that, this place is exceptional.

The setting is beautiful, and just enough out of town to avoid any noise (it was perfectly silent there at one stage!), but close enough to walk to dinner. Beds were *super* comfortable, and the heat pump set to cool when we walked in felt really fantastic. Plus, they have 3 lovely cats, and the hosts are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Third time I've stayed here, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hanmer.

It's hard to find anything to not like! The only thing I would say is that it was a little strange (not even bad, really) was having the light switch to the bathroom outside it and no lock. If that was fixed, it would be perfection (see, I said I couldn't find much to find!).

The view from this two bedroom chalet was fantastic. The unit was comfortable (beds and lounge area), and on a day where the temperature reached 31 degrees the air conditioning was welcomed.

The facilities were a bit run down eg torn wallpaper. The shower was over the bath, which was difficult for my elderly mother. I had major problems with the wifi. The signal was very weak, and as I needed to do some work while on holiday I ended up having to resort to hotspotting my mobile and use data. I tried calling someone at reception and left a message to say that there was a problem, but didn't receive any response during our two day stay.

Friendly staff helped out when one of us locked our key inside. Party friendly. We were their for our friends' stag. We kept the place tidy and our noise down. To be fair, we spent most of our partying in town. Came back for sleeping.

Didn't like we ordered rooms for 9 of us but we were put in two separate areas of the place. Didint like their was no area to drop off recylicng only one small bin.

Our two bedroom chalet was clean, large, warm and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and heating was very good. Heat pump in lounge and wall panel heaters in both bedrooms. Undercover parking was available (we had a carport) which was very useful in the middle of winter. Well equipped kitchen with oven and all the cooking utensils you could need. There perfect unit for 2 adults and 3 children. Will definitely be staying again!!!! 5+ stars!!!

Greenacres is a wonderful place to stay. With large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and loungeroom. My room was about twice the size of a motel room. By car it is two minutes to pools. Got there early in the morning after school holidays and had the place to myself. I did three flat 1 hour walks in the forrest which were great. Plenty of resturants but the food was avarage in all of them. Spent 3 night there.

Internet could be a bit better but I managed all my emails and reading papers.

We had a lovely welcome here and were directed to our chalet which had everything we expected from the description. The room is a little tired but was clean and amply furnished. We were able to park in the shelter which made things far more comfortable when getting back in the car again on a very hot day. It is convenient for the town and close to the lovely Conical Hill Walk.

Being end of season, the furnishings were looking a bit tired but were perfectly serviceable and the bedding was crisp and clean.
