The kitchenette was well stocked with all the basics required, but with only staying one night we did not use everything available. The outlook was lovely, being on the ground floor we looked out into a well kept garden and could see the mountains in the background. The room was very clean and the shower was great, good pressure and lovely hot water. Bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent - walking distance to shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars and the thermal pools! Check in was fast and efficient and very helpful for restaurant and "things to do" recommendations.

The hair dryer on the wall was out of order, it would have been useful to have a spare small dryer put into the bathroom until it was repaired - it was very cold going out at night with wet hair

I have stay here before and came back as I loved the room we had and I thought for the price, we paid I was getting the same room with a bath and lounge, but I was wrong just a normal room so was a little disappoint as we were staying for three nights and a lounge would have been great. My fault, but not sure if I would have paid that price per night if i had of known, we were there for a family wedding and the rest of the family had hired holiday houses which were just as coinvent and beautiful for about the same price.

We were welcomed immediately by Sharon, the manager, and she also helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Because we are elderly she asked if there was anything we needed to make things easier for us, eg. a downstairs apartment rather than upstairs. We loved the view from upstairs. We offered to fix a squeaky door hinge but a handyman came and fixed it the moment we mentioned it. Sharon was full of ideas and suggestions for meals and activities. They all worked out well.

Everything was pleasant, appropriate and welcoming.

Loved the location of the property, very close to the city centre. The apartment felt big for a studio! Nice little balcony, enough bench space, great sized bathroom and kitchen area and the bed was comfortable. The TV was great, having Netflix as an option. Close to a great bakery which we got a coffee and breakfast at in the morning of departure.

There was a horrific smell, narrowed it down to the bathroom, thinking it was coming from the drains? It was very bad, although shutting the door to the bathroom seems to eliminate the smell drifting back into the apartment. Laundry facilities shut/closed at 7pm which was very unfortunate, due to travelling from Aus>NZ and having a couple of days worth of washing by the time we had finished touring the town and had dined out for a nice dinner it was too late to wash our clothes.

Excellent location with friendly helpful staff. Close to shopping and the Hot Pools. Onsite free parking. Double glazed windows. Spa bath. Bonus free meal at local Indian restaurant for May. Quiet and relaxing spot. Good internet wifi. Daily plunger coffee and cookies. The photo is a view from outside the sliding doors of my ground floor apartment.

The microwave juts out from the surrounding joinery. It’s near the jug and I knocked my head a couple of time as I leaned over. One learns to be careful! I couldn’t find instructions on how to work the spa bath and had to get help. This was quickly provided though. Otherwise all was good.

there is not much not to like, i did think the reception staff could have been a bit more engaging. For example they offer free towels for the the pools and complimentaty ice on arrival which is great but no one bother to mention that so we spent money on ice and towels and we only found out on the day of leaving. The location prides itself on being smoke free, on the day of arrival the reception desk was unmanned as the reception staff was having a smoke in the car park. I could smell cigatette smoke often when walking out the front door

Location was great. Very close to pools and cafes. Room was comfortable and very clean. Kitchenette is well equipped, great to have a dishwasher, microwave and cook top. Appreciated the free towels to use at the pools.

Mattress was softer than I prefer. But would suit anyone who likes a soft mattress. Pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Fantastic views to the hills. Kitchen fittings very neat and functioning. Lots of accessible parking. Sound proofed ceiling, so very quiet

The bed in our initial room had a small and terribly worn mattress, sagging on both sides and could hear & feel the old springs. (which was contrary to all the reviews I had read?!) Salil (reception) saved the day eventually and moved us to another room which had the kind of large supportive mattress we’d expect for the premium price. Thanks Salil!

The location was great. The area vibe was great. The bed and sheets were awesome. The room was very clean. Great shower pressure. The provided shampoo smelt and felt lovely. Supplied pool towels for the hot springs was a great surprise. Lovely climate control. The black out curtains were incredible, close them during daylight and it seems like it’s night!

Room was a little small. Toilet had issues flushing more than a couple squares of toilet paper. No spa bath.

Comfortable room & bed, quiet & had everything we needed as well as being close to pools - towels supplied in a handy carry bag. The staff were very helpful

The fridge was cooling/freezing. A can of drink exploded in the fridge at 2 am - what a fright. The management said they would replace the fridge
