It was a great property, nice and clean, plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the deck which had all day sun! And so many great facilities at the Top 10 holiday park. Easy 5 min walk to town too 😁

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was when we arrived, we were told the gas fire wasn’t working in our apartment as they were waiting for a replacement part which meant we got quite cold in there. The heat pump didn’t quite warm the place up like a gas fire would’ve which was one of the reasons we booked this particular room!

Good location, great views of the snowy mountains, cosy cabins providing everything you need, bunk beds were comfy, good 🚿 pressure, kitchen was perfect and dining/tv room. Unfortunately we were in the cabin by reception and dirty diesel vehicles kept stopping right outside our cabin with their vehicles running (noisy and polluting). This Top 10 is within walking distance to hot pools and everything in Hanmer Springs and we found it good value for money!

Great Top10. Great location. We loved that the cabin was close to the children's play area. Our son just loved it, just disappeared from the moment we arrived, made lots of friends (age 7). The teenagers were happy to walk to the shops etc. Great vibe. Great shared amenities.

No oat milk for the coffees!!! Whaaaaaat? No seriously, soy was sufficient to quench the morning coffee addiction. Great to have it available on site.

very compact family cabin, I don't think I could cope in this size space for too long in winter, it wouldn't be so bad in summer when you can sit on the balcony

Great location, suitable for our family of 6. Comfortable beds and facilities were great. Used the pizza oven and BBQ for cooking.

Just needed some bigger pots/pans suitable for cooking for 6..but otherwise was well equipped.

Everything the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL it had everything we needed for our family and meant we could host our friendmas in the space. Beds and bedding were comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home

This is a lovely top 10, and a great example of the brand. Staff are friendly and helpful.The facilities are modern, clean and useful, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen for those cooking for themselves The location is fantastic, walking distance to the spa and eateries and not long drive to the adrenaline fueled activities on the river

It had a homely family feel. We had one kid with us who lived the playgroup. There's an awesome sculpture bush walk next to it that once if the Staff recommended to us. Check in was a breeze, and I can't fault our stay here.

I can't really think of anything. Maybe just the fact that the walk from cabin to bathroom was cold but we knew that when booking. We were there only for a short overnight stay so it was a great place to rest for the night

The new bathroom facility was way above expectations for a camp site. Separate toilets, separate showers even some with toilet and double shower heads all tiled with glass shower doors. Defiantly worth the walk past the older block.

The room was just what we needed for our family. It was a bit older, but it was kept very well. Having a small room for the 2 children and a lounge for us to use was fantastic. There was a bath for us to bath our boys.
