This was by far the best accomodation we stayed in while travelling the South Island of NZ. It is absolutely 5 star. Excellent location, comfortable beds, 2 lounges, spacious, full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Excellent bathroom with spa bath and seperate toilet. Views were incredible with balcony.

The second bedroom is located next to the walkway and is noisy. Also neighbours decided to do washing and drying at 11pm which backs onto second bedroom. The management need to bring in rules to not to washing and drying after 8pm, this would solve the issue like in other places we have stayed to keep neighbouring guests comfortable.

Perfect location fir what we needed, we were lucky enough to receive an extra space for carpark in front of our ground floor unit which was appreciated as we had 2 classic cars. Lovely swimming pool which was used. Clean and even tho a complex did not hear anyone else upstairs or next to us moving around great soundproofing.

Only thing we missed a second toilet with 4 adults. And the oven settings,, temp icons had worn off so we had to guess where right settings were but we did no worries as only heated up quiche. Perfect location close to town with nice outlook. Beds a little short if you have over 6ft people but most of us fine.

Comfortable modern apartment that had everything we needed. Was warm and spacious. Comfy clean bed and linen. Great info book. Excellent and friendly staff communication. Easy check in and out. Close to town so walking distance. One of the nicest places I have stayed in Hanmer. Yes we had a couple of wee 'didn't likes' but we would absolutely stay again.

- really small coffee cups - a couple of areas could've been cleaned better i.e toilet window frame and shower frameware had obvious grime when in spa bath HOWEVER Our positives far outway our negatives but for the price we paid, it would've been nice to have a spotless apartment. No doubt it is one of the better places to stay and we would have no hesitation recommending and staying in the future. It is lovely.

The rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities in the rooms were well maintained and easy to use. As a large group sharing two apartments, we had ample space, even in the shared room. Banquet room was great for our group doing shared dinner of BBQ. The location was great, everything is a 5min walk the apartments.

Could there be some lighting by the BBQ area. We were told there was no lighting and used torches on our phones. We had planned to be there at 5pm but arrived late and it was dark. The pool and BBQ area are available 8am-8pm and it would benefit from solar lights or other lighting.

Great location, amazing view, spacious and well appointed apartment. Our 2nd time staying and will come again. Highly recommend this property and Rosie was accommodating and friendly.

The apartment was clean and well appointed, however the blinds were really dusty and needed a concentrated clean. Hate putting this on, but it was really obvious given rest of apartment was clean.

Great apartment, comfy beds. Good size. Nice view over golf course. Top location, walking distance to everything in town.

Mouse on the balcony. I let the manager know and she brought up a trap for me to set and gave me some cheese.i thought she might have set it for me, then checked with us. Rat/mouse took cheese but we didn't catch it so I felt like we had to be very careful when opening balcony doors.

The location was within walking distance to everything in town, including walking tracks, restaurants & the spa/thermal pools. Very nice apartment, well designed & furnished. The view of the surrounding mountains was beautiful.

I felt it would have been better to have a shower separate from the large bathtub. Since the thermal pools were so close a hot tub in the apartment was unnecessary. Besides the tub was so high we were a bit concerned about getting in and out of it safely with out falling.

Fantastic location, wonderful view, walking distance to everything. Clean with good kitchen facilities cooker, hob, fridge, washer and dryer, clothes rack. Sky TV.....2 comfy long couches and comfy beds with electric blankets

Smart TV had no option for streaming services which should be available. Freezer box needed defrosting Drain in bathroom sink needs cleaning These are all minor issues, that did not affect our overall fantastic stay

top floor apartment had a beautiful view of the sun setting over the mountains. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was a great sizeable layout. amazing location close to the medical center (of whom exceeded epectations) and 150m to the pools and main township.

only small thing was that some of the kitchen utensils were not great. main kitchen knife was blunt and the can opener didn't work well.

The apartments have a beautiful mountain view and are only a few minutes walk to all the amenities of the town - restaurants, bars, shops and the pools. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. Everything was high quality. Great bed and full kitchen and laundry facilities. The heating was on when we arrived, which was appreciated for a winter stay.
