Friendly, helpful staff. Great location . Good breakfast. Free coffee. A warm, friendly bar with excellent, reasonably priced food. I ate there most evenings.

The credit card machine was new and acting up when I checked in. Several times one of the elevators wasn’t working. These are minor inconveniences that were promptly corrected.

We loved the location as the hotel is within walking distance to nightlife and excellent restaurants.

We saw online that the hotel restaurant was open for lunch so we went down at 11:40am only to be told it was closed and would open at 4pm. This should be updated online.

Location was perfect. I didn’t have breakfast. I did have a salad and beer upon my arrival. It was exactly what I wanted and the price was right.

There was no soap in the shower dispenser. There was no soap on the vanity. The coffee maker had no regular coffee and no stirs. Minor details but DETAILS just the same.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was very nice the service was fast and very efficient.

The only thing that I can complain about is that the pool is shut down for good and was one of the reason we pick the property. They should not advertise they have a swimming facility. Put a damper in my kids day because we had a lot of down time but they got over it.

If going to the convention center then this place is a must stay. It is directly across the road!! The staff was great! The rooms themselves were great!!! Will definitely stay again when we go back for another concert!!!

The food was awful!!! You pay $14.99 for a breakfast that isn't even any good!!! No sausage, no gravy!!! The food was cold and dried out, what we did try to eat. Even the pancake syrup was room tempature. Really wished I would have gone to McDonald's.....for $30 I could have got alot more food and alot better food!!! PLEASE do NOT eat the food here!!!

The only down fall we had was it was an usually hot day in February and our room was 80°+ and the ac for the whole building was turned off for the heat. The staff did provide a fan and told us how to crack the door in our room.

The location was excellent for the concert we were attending

Our hotel room was VERY HOT! We tried to adjust the temperature but it wasn’t working. The room stayed at 78 degrees no matter what we did. Thank goodness we were able to open the sliding glass door about 4 inches to let some air in.

The view from our balcony over looking the river was beautiful. The lady that worked the kitchen for breakfast was really sweet and helpful.

Our room could had been cleaner. The carpets was dirtying and the pillows was flat. It needs some up dating for sure. The hallways carpets was dirtying. They wasn’t ice machines on each of the floors.

It was a great hotel, hopefully next time I’ll get to stay a little longer.

Parking. In the beginning I was very confused and we parked out into the extended parking lot. It was just a good walk to the room.

The bar Service was terrible this is the second concert/ event that I have stayed here and the bar opens at 5 PM and if you are not they are standing in line you will not get a table and even if you do get a table it’s not likely for you to get a drink or service for 30 minutes… we stood in way to 25 minutes and wasn’t even spoken to all we wanted was a drink!!! Terrible service !
