Location, litterly feet from the ocean. Enjoyed the "vintage cottage feel." Ample parking and close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores etc.

I didn't like the fact that the window a/c wasn't working. I spoke with a staff member the next morning ( we checked in very late). She came to our room, turned it back on and said " there you go, just let it run for awhile". We did, and it never blew cold. Since we were there just for the weekend and the weather was very pleasant, we just opened all the windows the remainder of our stay. Only 1 of the 4 windows had a screen. With that being said, the proximity to the beach and price per night ,I expected some sort of "issue."

I didn’t like how 6 guys are staying in a house beside us with out two kids under 2 and all 6 guys take turns pissing out side my back door and or around the house while be and my family has been staying here

We LOVED the location of the property, and honestly the size too. It was just right for our family of four! It was very clean just what we needed for an overnight. We would stay here again for sure!

The beds were the only thing we didn’t like about this property. Not one of us slept well because the beds were so u comfortable. Hard as rock. The linens were very clean though, so I’ll give them that!

Excellent location! We had an efficiency apartment, good size, fridge, stove, table and chairs, microwave, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, everything you need to make you feel right at home.

Could use a little sprucing up. Minor things could use some attention, like the chain lock on the door fell off and the curtain rod was pulled from the wall.

We loved our room! It was big and spacious. The staff person (i think her name was Billie) was very friendly and very helpful. Don't let her go! She should get a raise! She's a wonderful person.

One of the mattresses wasn't comfortable at all. We could feel every spring in it. That's the only complaint we had.

How accommodating the space / suite was, had everything you would need to get started. The beach was just a few steps up the dune, where there was a really nice public gazebo. Location not only is short walking distance from beach but close to many options for night life and food & beverages.

Parking was tight but made it work. Internet on TV did not work, but used hotspot on my phone to connect streaming on the TV.

excellent location & good overall value for the OBX

would expect a place that charges $200/night to have comfortable beds & not “cheap out” on basic maintenance items… improperly installed blinds (they worked, but come on now, they aren’t that hard to install properly) & other basic maintenance items that you’d expect to be at a certain level. I understand that the OBX rental game is all about the $$ but still expect companies to pay attention to what is actually happening with the properties.

That I was in walking distance to the beach was the best part. Kids liked the cats walking around. It was very kid friendly with space for them to play outside .

The cottage could have been a little cleaner! There was dirt in the couch cushions and on my bed. Hair ties in the dresser drawer. The pots and pans need new ones. The TV was very small.

No breakfast. I liked the hardwood vinyl floor. Last time we stayed the carpet was old and dirty looking. We did see a roach in kitchen and a piece of wood trim off behind stove.

Small tv in bedrooms. Clean off steps to gazebo since this is in your picture as a feature it would be nice to get up and down steps.

Also, your advertising was very much different, than the actual cottage. Very deceiving btwn advertising and actual cottage. Almost false advertising. The picture on your site looked modern and updated, not 60 years old. Found out the cottage was actually built in the sixties. Owners should make some serious improvements immediately.
