Lovely comfortable room. The fridge was very useful during a July stay for keeping drinks cool etc. Room was well equipped and the surroundings were very nice. Handy to have the pub next door. Room was light and airy. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. The lockbox system for collecting key cards was great.

Not the venues fault but the main road got a little noisy early in the morning. And farmers Bird scrarers were also a bit noisy first thing in the morning. As there was a fridge and the pub was not open for breakfast I'd like to make one suggestion were the venue could provide bowls and a selection of cereals or pre packed pastries and milk for a small extra charge.

Loved the layout of the rooms - all very new and clean. I ended up swapping with a friend to her double story Pig-Let as she was unable to do steps. It was beautiful. Loved the little kitchenette with all amenities and the bedroom upstairs was very spacious. Loved the large window and the view of the fields and sunrise was amazing. Downstairs toilet was a bonus. Loved the little patio area, although wasn’t there long enough to enjoy it. Great that the key code PIN was texted to me in advance - no problem getting in. Loved the pub on the premises - lovely meal there.

Only complaint would be would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than bath with shower - but suppose that’s just personal preference. Would have been good if stay could include breakfast at the adjacent pub? Ok for me as had kitchenette, but tricky for the other rooms which don’t have those facilities. Nowhere to walk to for a breakfast.

Location perfect for our needs which was to be close to a cl cert venues and accessible to coastal drives

Everything was perfect for our needs however although there was a very well thought out information letter of where to go for breakfast as there was nowhere on site a suggestion would be maybe to be able to provide a toaster or maybe being able to preorder the day before a croissant/jam delivery in a bag and dropped off at the door that would be a very appreciated touch for those not wanting to get up early and to drive somewhere for breakfast

As we were only enjoying a short break away, this central & quiet location was great for us as we were able to access many areas of Norfolk from the accommodation. Our HUGE bed was fab 👌

I'd like to say that these aren't complaints, more personal points but things we thought worth mentioning. The bathroom door handle needs some WD40 (VERY loud at night when everyone else was sleeping)! Also, the toilet brush was already broken (not by us). The outside porch light was, in our opinion, on unnecessarily ALL night & even with the curtain across the front door, kept the room from being dark enough (for us). Maybe a few more decaff tea-bags please! My husband likes a bath sheet so the towels were not big enough for him 🙄

Can’t fault the rooms, both homely and contemporary, pictures don’t actually do it justice, location was fantastic with beautiful walks and countryside right on the door step. Also very convenient having EV chargers right outside the door so you can just plug in and forget it while being close to the room for luggage. The George and Dragon pub next door is not just convenient but the food is traditional English village pub food done to an incredibly standard, probably the best Sunday lunch I’ve had in years. Will definitely be recommending both the motel and the pub to family and friends and will definitely be visiting again

The direct access from outside as we had a dog with us and the size of the room which was more than adequate. The room was clean and there was a good selection of tea and coffee with a pod machine for the coffee. There is a good pub serving great food pretty much next door which was very convenient for an evening meal. We would definitely stay there again.

No staff/reception at the property if there was an issue but there is a contact telephone number.

I love staying here it’s the 3rd time, it feels relaxed having your own entrance and everything that you need inside. It’s always immaculately clean and well stocked. Love having a fridge and coffee machine.

The shower was very hot, and after numerous times trying realised that the coolest temp was still very hot. In the weather I would have liked a cooler shower. The tv was difficult to turn on/off and kept freezing.

The area and setting was very convenient, check in to room perfect.

The walls are very thin and some guests clearly don't respect other guests after midnight, very bad nights sleep in my huge comfortable bed 😴 😡

Everything. So peaceful and very comfortable. I had a very restful night has everything you need. Great check in, downloaded the app to my phone and that was they key, brilliant, also very nice to be offered a human check in too as it was my first using this technology so I was assured if it didn't work, or I couldn't work it I could contact someone. Even though I didn't see anyone from the property I felt I had all the information I needed and knew what to do if I needed help. Without doubt I will stay here again

Rooms were great. Lots of space, very large comfortable beds, great tea and coffee selection and a fridge. Very ‘green’ using collected rain water for flushing toilets and air pump heating. Situated next to The George & Dragon pub, which served great food in the evening, but they don’t do breakfast. Due to the remoteness the pub sometimes closes early during December, when we stayed. A great base to explore Norfolk, but you would need a car.

As we had three rooms booked under one name, the phone code to enter rooms wasn’t an option. We opted for key cards to be picked up from the pub. We were told the pub would be open until 3pm, so planned our journey accordingly. I was disappointed that when my daughters, who arrived first at 2:20, were pressurised by a young barmaid, to pay for the rooms, as they had decided to close at 2:30 instead of 3:00. We arrived at 2:25 and so had to transferred the money to daughters!
