Booked last minute got there about 20:30 walm welcome and was asked if we wanted food and if so they would cook. A lovely peaceful village. Room was excellent and beds comfortable. And the breakfast was so well put together and was more then I could possibly eat. Ten out of ten for me. Will definitely be going back.

Very welcoming proprietors, nice spacious room with modern shower room. Our dog very welcome. Good evening meal, and super ‘continental’ type breakfast. Opposite hotel a large green leading to public footpath by farmers fields. Our little dog loved that.

nice rooms and peaceful location an hours drive to coast but nice scenery along the way and not too much traffic.Breakfast was delivered to you room in a hamper so you could eat whenever you like the next morning and drinks,Milk,yogurts we’re always stocked in the mini fridge next to your beds.The owner was most helpful and gracious even when we asked a little extra,great value and good parking,nice stand up shower and washroom en-suite,would stay again sometime and try the food menu and bar next time as we went out for food and experience the county on this trip but menu looks good aswell as the bar

Easy parking. Room good size with kettle, small fridge with breakfast. Beds comfortable and nice shower. Food well cooked and good portions. Roger, the owner was very friendly and attentive.

Only complaint was that it was very very quiet which meant the bar / restaurant lacked atmosphere.

Breakfast was really nice which included a bowl of fresh fruit everyday. I appreciated the fresh milk in the fridge in the room. Really nice touch.

Lovely village, so quiet. The guesthouse is exceptional, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, very clean. A warm welcome, pleasant evening meal and breakfast. Definitely recommend it.

Freidnly owner who was helpful, clean room and a v ery quiet location, good for walking the dogs morning and evening. We liked the breakfast selection provided.

A little short on space but then there we were a family of 4 plus 2 dogs!

Very peaceful location

Nothing really. Minor points, the bathroom mirror set too low. Could not be used for shaving. Shower water alternated hot and cold.

THE LOCATION WAS LOVELY WITH A VIEW OVER THE GREEN TO THE CHURCH. THE FOOD WAS GOOD WITH MY GLUTEN FREE REQUIREMENTS WELL CATERED FOR

THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean modern and had everything we need. They were great with our two dogs and made us feel very welcome.

The only thing was that we were told we had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast which i felt for the price should have been included.
